We never received the 8 day test at all despite chasing RT, phoning and emailing, so pretty hopeless.
The tests arrived super quickly and my day 2 came in about 30h about being posted. Still waiting to do my day 8. This is really a bargain considering how much we need to spend for a PCR.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Ordered a day 5 test to release it is now end of day 7 and I have no results and no response from email/ you can’t call them the phones cut you off. I’m still in isolation and they have taken my money.

Disaster
Unfortunately, I have to agree with previous speakers. The company is a bottom and 5 meters of silt. There is no way to contact them in any way and I'm afraid my 5 day test to Release is money wasted. I do not recommend this amateur company !

Couldnt agree more with the other…
Couldnt agree more with the other review. Taken my money and nothing. No tests recieved, no response to me emailing them and now their phone line drops off when you chose 2 for customer services. AVOID before you lose your money. Absolutely terrible company! Not sure how i will now get my money back.

Avoid at All Cost
This company took our money for two Test To release products.
We used them.as were on the recommended Govt list.. Avoid them as they extort your money.. Do not answer emails or phone calls but most importantely you dont get your results and certificate for early release.. I have asked for a refund but as expected no response.. They are exploiting people at a time
