We never received the 8 day test at all despite chasing RT, phoning and emailing, so pretty hopeless.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
We purchased our tests etc, but once we arrived back from holiday - they told us they were no longer accepting tests and to go elsewhere !
They have taken our money - 158 pounds - and did not offer a refund - we have had to sort out a day 2 test elsewhere - this company is a SCAM - total shambles - not sure if I will get my money back - really utterly disappointed especially when they were on government website to use !!

Terrible service, having not received a day 5 test I asked for a refund. Eventually getting though to someone after some considerable effort. I then received an email saying I had been refunded. I checked my account no refund, I then received another email asking me to fill in a refund form. Which I did. As of today I still have not received a refund.
This has been going on since the beginning of June.
I would avoid this company at all costs, it seems like a very inconsistent and unreliable set up.

No test results delivered and hence have to order from NHS. No refund a month now

I wish I read the reviews before using this absolute joke of a company.
Return mail bags not big enough so literally had to crush the box to make it fit. Items missing from the checklist. Results 2 days late. Customer services don’t seem to have a brain cell between them.
Be warned guys….

Results not delivered in time frame promised. No one responds to emails or messages on their Facebook page. Phone lines are constantly engaged and they have been removed from the government website as an approved tester. This company was set up to make a quick buck out of innocent people during a pandemic - scammers

Shambolic service. Unclear instructions, virtually unreadable. Packing instructions wrong as boxes do not fit in postal bags! Two of our test kits were not delivered so had to use Day 8 kits for Day 2 test. No results yet after 3 days. Calls either unanswered or waiting time over half an hour. They should be removed from Government list.

Now day 10 and my partner hasn’t had his day 5 back. They have emailed my partner giving him a link which crashed, they said not ipad friendly but we used a pc.
Initially failed to send my tests, I had to hold for over an hour.
Not fit for purpose.

How funny that I got results from a sample I didn't even send!

The tests arrived super quickly and my day 2 came in about 30h about being posted. Still waiting to do my day 8. This is really a bargain considering how much we need to spend for a PCR.

I recently came from Romania and booked Day 2 and 8 test. Received on time, however the results updated after 5 days for Day 2 and still waiting. I also needed some assistance and I tried to call. I waited for more then 35 minutes to be attended by their customer service team.

Absolutely appalling company. Did 2 day test, got email that it was registered. 5 days later and no results and not showing as registered on my account. Have emailed them 4 times now and no response. Phone lines constantly engaged. Worried about my test to release test as no results yet and the 8 day which I haven't done yet. Do not use! Have contacted government to get them removed from the list. Have also seen many comments on social media of similar service. Have notified company to Action Fraud.

Ordered a day 2 and day 8 kit from this company. Package never arrived. No response to any contact attempts via phone, website form and email.
After 2 days of attempting to contact phone was on a busy tone before that a never ending loop of 'all our operators are busy'.

This company is listed on the UK government approved test providers, which is all the more shocking.

I would recommending avoiding these people for any test you require

Ordered day 5 test to Release tests. Still waiting for them! I have now been out of isolation from my holiday for nearly 2 weeks now and still nothing!
Wouldn’t waste your money.

Countless emails and phone calls and still nothing!

I expect a full refund and will never use this company again and will make sure I leave reviews everywhere!

Shocking service and joke of a company!

Day 6 still no test results, a couple of emails from them but basically just a delaying tactic in my opinion.
Phone service is never answered but judging from the reviews I can see why.
Government should remove this company from the list of endorsed test providers.

Up front all seemed good. Tests arrived, in fact two for each day arrived. I sent day 2 last Saturday, today is Friday. No result. Day 5 no result. Day 8 sent off today I don’t anticipate any contact. I will pursuing this company for a refund.

I just had to cancel my flight for tomorrow morning as the fit to fly test never arrived for me to check-in. Avoid this company at all costs!! Need to be remove from gov.uk list and all affected customers fully compensated!! Will I get my money back? Also ordered Day 2&8 test but don't trust them..

UPDATE: To add insult to injury I received the (fake?) result 1 week later.. on the 18th (my flight was on the 12th June!)

I wish i had read the other reviews before using this company.
Used for day 5 test and still waiting on results over 48 hrs later.
No reply to email, phone constantly engaged, only picks up out of hours- so likely taken off the hook during the day.
Terrible service so far.
Company registered 3/3/21 so perhaps clearly set up to cash in on testing, but dont have the infrastructure to cope with the tests or admin to deliver what they promise.

DON'"T BUY from them waste of money. Nearly day 8 of quarantine and still not get day 2 results , they not answer too the phone line and email as well . DON'T BUY from them avoid much you can these waste of

Don't waste your money. This company is bad, bad, bad. They are clearly just cashing in. I'm still waiting for my 5 day release results - 4 days later. The tests are complicated to register, they do not reply to emails and you cannot get through on the phone. I want my money back. They should not be 'recommended/endorsed' by the UK government. I feel conned.
