The service was very easy to use. I like have a bio on and fee on every potential dog walker.

Easy to use the app and book. Many options for sitters to review and choose who works best for you and your needs. Have used for 3 separate bookings and after each I was happy with the experience my dogs had that it was a no brainer to use the app again.

We found Rover when we needed a doggy day care for our 11 week old puppy several years ago. Now that pup is 3 years old, and after using rover for dog boarding and doggy daycare a LOT of the years - its my go to apply. Probably for life. The app is easy, the payment is clear, its just a great service.

The rover person did a great job, your pricing is bit high.

Rover matched me with the most wonderful dog-sitter who stayed in my house and took care of my two dogs. I received regular communications and I had a great vacation knowing everything was good at home.

Amanda is not only a dog lover, but she has an all business voice too. I hope my dog needs that less and less, but it is good to know she won’t let my dog develop any bad habits.

a total joke, got ripped off by one of their sitters, they assured me they would look into the matter and get my money refunded. they did not. The sitter allowed small children to play with my dog unattended. Dangerous! The sitter made promises she did not fulfil like being there to look after my dog! um...what! this is supposed to be a pet sitting app. The people that run this app do not care one bit about the quality of service or lack of service is more accurate provided by the sitters they host.

Responses too questions were within a reasonable amount of time. They provided a quality dog sitting family to watch my dogs in their home. It was a great experience.

Finding a reliable quality pet care person !!! It just so happens they were affiliated with Rover. Rover made the scheduling and payment process seamless.

This was my first experience with rover.com and my pup came back with an eye infection, disheveled, and crusty. The apartment was dark and the sitter wasn’t very talkative at drop off. I felt like the reviews didn’t match the experience. I wasn’t told that my dog would be exposed to other dogs until I reported the infection. I will never use Rover.con again.

My experience with Rover was excellent! I was able to find wonderful, caring sitters for Niko, who stayed with Neel, Krish, and Geetika for an entire month. Rover makes it easy to connect with trusted pet sitters, communicate throughout the stay, and stay connected with your pet even when you're apart. I really appreciate the convenience, communication, and peace of mind that Rover provides.

Such a relief to know that an experienced pet carer is looking after my cat when I need to leave town. My experience with Rover is excellent, my cat is calm when I return; litter box, water bowl and food area all tidy and clean.

Sitters do not care about your pets or your instructions. They will cancel on you and then you’ll have to make arrangements while you’re 3 hours away on vacation hoping that someone will help you. Not worth the stress, I don’t recommend. I would find trusted people and friends in your circle and pay them, you’d save a lot of money and time.

I enjoy being able to see sitters available in my area. I was able to choose someone who lives nearby, making the whole process much less stressful. I also enjoy the ability to communicate easily without sharing a personal phone number. Both times we used the app, we were able to schedule a meet and with our sitter a couple of weeks prior to our scheduled absence, which again helped to reduce stress for both us and our pet. The daily check-in alerts and pics are a great way to stay connected and feel reassured that our furry family member is happy and safe. Being able to rate each sitter and read reviews on the app also provides peace of mind for future reservations.

It was quick, easy, seamless to find highly rated sitters, affordable, and we were happy with the service.
