Rover.com | Pet Sitting Reviews

Sara D. was the absolute best person to take care of my dog. She exceeded my expectations and could not have asked for anything more.

My experience was great. It was easy to find a cat sitter, book the visits and provide all my pets information. Communication with the drop-in sitter was wonderful both before and during the visits. I really had a sense of peace knowing that my cats were being well cared for during my absence. I will definitely be using Rover again in the future.

Connected us to an amazing sitter for our dog

Have been using Rover for about 3 yrs. Many pet sitters come and go but everyone I have used has been wonderful.

Easy to request sitter or repeat booking preferred sitter.

Keira is sweet, takes good care of Ranger and the cats and is easy to work with! My neighbor has already talked with her about helping her when she gets knee surgery.

We were able to reach out to several possibly sitters at once and got really quick responses. The reviews and profiles helped give me peace about letting a stranger watch over my puppy. It was easy to use and helped us find last minute help.

I'm giving 4 stars only because I have found someone reliable and local to help out. There are also several others in the area who could be "on deck". Otherwise, I find the site isn't as user-friendly as I would have hoped. I'm learning as I go, but sometimes have to click a bunch of things before I find what I am looking for.

Easy to find a pet sitter close by offering what I needed at a good price. Booked a "meet and greet" before committing, which worked well.
Communicating via the platform is easy too, and had a good experience with the sitter I selected.

Janelle is so sweet and caring with our cat!!

I have had really good luck with this company for my dog walker and for taking care of my pets when I am on trips. Nothing but good experiences!

Jonathan made this experience so awesome. It was our first experience with Rover and we definitely hit the jackpot with Jonathan. He was sweet, professional and was so amazing with our dog, Pebbles!

I like having a place to hire someone to board my dog.

The sitter was amazing. She pampered and watch over my dog like if it was one of her own. She would send me daily pictures and videos of Isabela. It’s the first time I leave my dog with a stranger and today I can say that I felt like she was family. Isabela was very happy and enjoying play time, walks and socializing with her dogs. I will definitely book her again.

Pet sitter was very professional, courteous and great comunicator. My dogs loved her and she did a fantastic job

Easy to use app, lots of potential sitters, quality of care.

We loved the pictures of our fur babies, and their rover cards. Kind of like a report card, letting us know how they were doing for their sitter, and what they were up to. Plus, we had very little notice we needed to make this trip, and they were still able to accommodate us!

The pet sitter from Rover was very reliable. They communicated clearly (sent a message once a day with photos of my pet and notes). Each day, she visited my cat at the scheduled time and provided playtime, fresh food, a treat, fresh water; and scooped the litterbox. The next time I go on vacation, I will feel confident choosing this pet sitter from Rover again.

She was very responsive and sent lots of photos while watching our pets. Would highly recommend and will book with her again!

Quick response from my sitter. Clear communication, on time. Extremely reliable and caring.
