Shelly and her husband took our dog while we were out of town. Our dog seemed to do very well there. Our dog was well taken care of. A walk at the park, letting our dog outside for fresh air, giving us regular updates, etc.

Very pleased and highly recommend!

I was worried about leaving my dogs with strangers, but they were very nice and the dogs came back healthy and happy. I already set up another time to use. The reviews from others made me feel much better about it and they were right.

I use Rover to board my dog, and provide daycare and boarding. It the app works great!

I have used Rover a couple of times. My pets & home were well taken care of. I really enjoyed getting daily photos of my cats. I highly recommend Rocer.

Kim was immediately kind, welcoming to my dog, Annie, and me upon our arrival at her home. She asked great questions and listened to my anwers about Annie as well as my instructions about feeding and other minor concerns as Annie is a senior dog. I felt comfortable right away and knew Annie would be in good hands for the next week.

Good experience for the most part, though their customer service was very rude, unhelpful, and passive aggressive.

The sitter I hired through their site seemed to have forgotten a drop in visit on one of the days, since they didn't check-in on the Rover app, and naturally I was horrified as to what that might mean for my cat who was home alone waiting for his food and water.

After contacting Rover, instead of making an effort to ressolve the issue directly with the sitter asap as it was literally a live or death situation, they went through the motions of "have you tried calling your sitter?" and "please contact your sitter directly".

The sitter eventually returned my calls and messages after a few hours, allegedly claiming she "forgot to check-in, but did actually do the visit" though there is obviously no way of verifying this since she didn't upload any new pictures either, so she very well may have not done the visit all together!

I'd recommend other sites if customer service is really important to you. I think Rover is the Uber of pet sitting apps as far as that customer service and reliability goes.

Alexis was the absolute best first experience with a pet sitter! My cat and I has never been apart for more than two nights. Onyx was frightened and would not eat the first couple of days. Alexis kept me posted with videos and text messages several times daily. When I picked her up, she ignored me and was clinging to Alexis momentarily. LOL!

We have hired 4 different Rover pet sitters for our Maisie and we have been more than happy with all of them!!

Understanding when I made a mistake with a booking in a town 45m away, despite policy able to make an exception and cancel my booking. The tech and site is very good, highly recommend.

Service provided was excellent. Daily updates on my pet were sent. Will use Rover services in the future.

Rover.com is a super easy website to use and to have communications.

Brooke was professional, competent and handled dogs and cat with care and compassion. She communicated daily and gave us a very stress free vacation!

I got lucky and had a great petsitter for my puppy! She cleaned my apartment well before leaving, too. It was great to come home to clean dishes, fresh sheets, and a calm dog. Rover took the stress away from boarding at a vet's office or a boarding facility that might have reactive or sick dogs, and I could keep my puppy at home where he is comfortable.

Rover.com is very easy to use and has proved to be trustworthy. I like their policy of disguising phone numbers between the sitter and client; it provides a layer of discretion and privacy. It was very easy to make payments for one booking and cancel another booking. I found highly rated sitters quickly and was able to find a very professional cat sitter through the site.

I have had a good experience with sitters but the customer service of Rover isn't great and the site and app are frustrating and difficult to navigate.

Jordana was truly wonderful with Marley for the entire week that she took care of him. Marley became very fond of her as well. It was a great first experience with Rover, I will definitely continue to use the services.

We needed someone very last minute and Rover had a lot of people to choose from. And I feel they were all good candidates! Rover made it easy to find and book a sitter for our 2 dogs. Good communication from Rover and excellent communication with Luca who took amazing care of our dogs.
