I am really satisfied. Friday morning I wrote I am interested in house, same day had an appointment, soon received an answer that I had been selected.
Now I live in a new house.

We were looking for an apartment in the center of Amsterdam for our daughter (study) which is not easy. Got in contact with Rotsvast and they helped us in a great way to get a nice apartment in "de Pijp'. They are really responsive, helpful and clear about the terms and contract. Every time there is any problem, I found them in one phone call away.Both Ingrid and Mohammad have been great and Thanks to them for making my life easier in Maastricht.

Inadequate customer service and ignorant employees. We received a flawed mail and were penalised for their own shortcomings. Customer service did not deem it necessary to apologise. We will not bother to continue with their service and surely will not recommend such a shoddy company to anyone.

Edit: @Rotsvast, your reply just shows how inadequate your customer service is. Claiming something does not automatically mean that you are right. Furthermore, above mentioned review is our experience and there is no need to adjust that.

I had a great experience with Rots-Vast! Rob was lovely and organized everything very quickly. I would definitely recommend their service to others.

They might be good at selling places, but if you rent from them and need them for some repair, just forget it. My heating system stopped working in the winter, they took a week just to vaguely reply to my email, never picked up the phone, did not provide any help at all. Avoid renting from them at all costs.

Worst company ever with worst landlords ever in the whole Netherlands. The company it's useless cause their role is just doing the contract and cover landlord's interest. The delay they take for everything is ridiculous (2 weeks) and they cannot join while arguing with the landlord that took too much (€150) from the deposit "for cleaning" even if it was totally cleaned. All they say is "it's something between you and the landlord" then why having a real estate? Worst company ever.

The consultant was well in contact with us, understood our needs and did proper documentation and research.

They reply very fast to your emails and answer any questions you might have. They were very welcoming to students coming from any location. I fully recommend it. I found a place fast thanks to them in the Center of Mastricht for a very nice price.

Despite not being transparent about the final costs of the appartment on the website, I wanted to rent it.
After telling me the owner chose me and after signing the first papers, they suddenly said that the owner has found someone else from within his own circle. Nevertheless, a few hours after these news, they re-uploaded the offer on Pararius. I called Rotsvast and asked them what the situation is as they put the offer online again. The lady who answered told me she is not responsible for this case and said the responsible person will call me back- which he never did. They also never answered my mail where I asked what happened. I had a really strange experience with this rental agency and never experienced such bad service before. I would not go with them again and not recommend them.

The Agent (Shirley) has been very professional, punctual and a available to answers all our questions. We are very happy with the service received.

Rotsvast agency is by far the best agency I ever dealt with. I just moved to Maastricht from the UK and it was a very pleasant surprise to see how professional this agency is. Mohammad is the agent for my property and he is an absolute star. He took care of everything and always answered my questions quickly. I arrived Maastricht a bit earlier than expected and Mohammad already had everything organised! Both Mohammad and the landlord were at the house and both gave me a very warm welcome. Mohammad made a very detailed inventory list with a lot of pictures. I must say I’m not used to see agencies like this, and I’m very happy with their excellent service. I would give more stars if I could!

They are a very professional and cooperative team, especially Mr. Mohammad Ismaeel, he was very helpful and nice. Highly recommended!

They were no were to be seen when I rented an appartment using they're agency and they haven't given me back my deposit, it's been over a month. They went back on the inspection report and made me pay for damages I didn't do. Didn't inform me of the municipality charges and are trying to make me pay double of what I am supposed to. Terrible service and blocking my number so I can't call them during and after my leave. I really don't recommend, its a scam...

UPDATE

After two months, many calls and emails and even having to make the first steps of bringing them to court, almost the full deposit was given back.

This infringed the contract were it clearly says that the payment should be done within a month. They also wanted to break the dutch law stating that only minor repairs should be paid by the tenants.

Furthermore, even though on the time of inspection the document was signed stating that the apartment was left in a better state than when I got it and the full deposit should be returned, the Rotsvast agent and owners tried to go back on what was signed during the final inspection breaking the contract and wanting to make us pay a 280 euros fee along with a year of municipality charges when I only stayed a 7 months.

Quick responses, kind and helpful staff.

It's now the second time I'm renting a place with those people and both time I've been really statisfied. I dealt with Charlotte and Ingrid, they're both lovely women doing the best to help you. I had bad experience with estate agent in the Netherlands but Charlotte and Ingrid restored my faith.

Really appreciate Mr. Hans professionalism and help. Thanks to him I was able to see (and get) a house I really enjoyed.

Absolutely poor service, rude and unresponsive agent (Tijmen J), never answered his phone or called me back for a whole month
They had a month to prepare the apartment and nothing was done.
On my move day, there was a tenant in there, it was not clean, the broken lights were not fixed, and everything else that was promised - absolutely nothing was done.
No help with information on utilities - I called for help and the lady said “it’s not our problem”.

Avoid like a plague!

Our experience with Rotsvast Den Haag can be described as quick, great communication and flexible.

Within a period of 1 week after showing interest in a property, Liesbeth had no issues with being very flexible towards our quick decision-making and her
punctuality was on point.

Coming from an often seen as´risky´ composition of household, I would definitely recommend Rotsvast to any type of tenant as they have been honest and open about this towards us the entire time.
