First delivery came within a few days second delivery same I ordered wrong item returned it for a refund money paid back into my account within a couple of days would definitely us this company again

Hugely impressed when I got a call out of the blue from Roofracks after I placed my order. They were calling me to let me know what I ordered would have been too large for my car. They helped me change my order to the right size roof box and made all the adjustments to my payment. Many other companies would have taken my money and let me deal with the problem. So glad I decided to shop with roofracks rather than chance it with Amazon.

Having travelled about 80 miles to collect my item the staff were extremely welcoming very efficient and helpful. Under COVID-19 rules and regulations they were very mindful of safety.

Great experience, ordered online after advice from Ken. Turned up this morning at 9am by 930am my new roof rails and box were all fitted. The Team explained how I remove for storage. Highly recommend.

Perfect service. Using the useful car model selector on the website, I placed an order for some Thule aero bars at 13:30, I had fitted them by 11:30 the next day due to them arriving the following morning. All done and dusted in less than 24 hours. Lots of delivery notice emails stopped me having to guess on a day too.

Needed to buy a pair of bike carriers, these guys had a great price, and were local, but with work commitments I was going to be unable to collect prior to the weekend. I rang them, and found out they have an excellent after hour collection service. The communication was great. Made life very easy, and I'll definitely use them in future.

Excellent service from Ken at roofracks.co.uk. Unfortunately things don’t always go to plan and one item I received was damaged. Ken was easy to contact, communicated well and went out of his way to send me a replacement. Very pleased with my roof bars and the service I received. Will be using Ken at roof racks again for my next purchases!!!!

NASA should employ or contract these guys. Their delivery service is on par with light speed. I reckon they could have got the Perseverance to Mars in about a day when taking into account the delivery time of my roof bars! I ordered last night, and they were here first thing in the morning, even Amazon Prime can't compete with that! Outstanding.

After finding the parts I wanted online, it just so happened that roofracks.co.uk was just down the road from me. I didnt know this at the time. The next day Ken from roofracks saw I was local and called me and offered for me to come down and they would fit everything for me. I pulled up and they lept out of the office and fitted the parts within 20 minutes. Ordered at 8pm, fitted the next day! Excellent service, will come again.

Ken at roof racks was amazing. He found my impossible parts in a distant warehouse, shipped it across the world to Canada and it arrived in record time! All in good order.

Great service, easy to transact with and a really impressive delivery from their Tuffnells driver walking the rack and all accessories 300metres down our icy track to deliver!
