Trying to source roof rack for Kia Niro. Spoke to this company. Not only did they have what I needed in stock, they were able to leave it somewhere to collect on a Saturday. Needed it for the Sunday. Saved my bacon.

I contacted the company with a request for a specific part of the locking mechanism for my roof boot, sending some pictures. We then discussed it on the phone and they were mega helpful. Said they did not have the part in stock but were getting a delivery next week of what they believed I needed. They emailed me the next week to confirm delivery and gave me teh part number. Exactly what I needed. I then had another phone chat re. the lock to fit the mechamism. All parts provided really quickly. My roof boot in now back in order. Great service and product knowledge

The customer service is the best I've ever experienced! Whilst processing my order, Ken noticed that I had ordered a roof rack that couldn't take the four bike racks I had also ordered. He suggested an alternative and got everything updated prior to sending out. The speed of delivery was excellent...especially when I then discovered I had ordered the wrong fixings (my own incompetence for entering the wrong model year) for my car and was due to use the roof-racks a couple of days later! The team at Roofracks sorted me out once again and the new fixings arrived on time because of the fantastic customer service.
I would highly recommend using this company.

They say you do not know the calibre of a shop/business until something goes wrong. I recently placed an order with roofracks.co.uk but unknowingly missed an item from my order. I contacted the shop via their email address explaining the situation and then quickly received a telephone call from an extremely courteous and helpful person (Ken). Ken thanked me for my website feedback, so he could amend the website to aid future shoppers. Ken then kindly corrected my order at no extra charge. I thought Ken’s attitude and manner was excellent, especially since so many businesses lack the customer service touch. This was an impeccable customer experience, giving me the confidence to shop with them in future too.

After an altercation with a height restriction entry barrier, our old Thule wingbars and footings were in need of quick replacement (holiday v shortly).

Excellent website has everything you need, good competitive prices when I was looking at Thule roof bars and cycle carriers. I was let down by Halfords after waiting a week for the roof bars and cycle carriers to be told they couldn’t get one of the parts i then found this company by chance ordered in minutes and delivered within days thank you.

Excellent service today, despite the torrential rain. Literally, the heaven opened. The guys waited until it stop slightly and made some space. This enable me to back up the car into the storage unit, beyond closing time and they fitted my rack and box. Already now - to go on holiday with that additional storage space!

The only place that I could find that sold the Thule system I needed as a whole package. Other companies didn't even recommend the separate fixing and kits required. Roofracks.co.uk were helpful and the website was easy and clear. The item arrived on time and well packaged. Would recommend and will use again in future.

I've made two purchases recently, totaling around £500, and whilst not 100% perfect (wrong lock No's with first order), the advice given easily outweighs that one little thing!

My needs are fairly specific, needing oversize bars to accommodate a Thule hullivator and other kayak systems, there was also a little uncertainty over which fixing pack I needed for my van, A quick email to Ken and I not only got the info required, I got a spec sheets and diagrams to back it up, giving total confidence in what I was ordering.

Delivery options are limited and slower than I required, but, following a couple of calls to confirm stock and explain what I wanted to do, I simply selected the "click & Collect" option, I was then able to book my own courier to collect same day, and deliver to me the next, saving me a 2hr round trip!

In summary, nobody is perfect, but my experiences on the whole have been very good. I would have no second thoughts if it came to recommending them to others.

Very happy with the service we received. Ordered a Thule roof box and go bag set to replace an old top box that was too big for our new car . Delivery was extremely fast and arrived 2 days after ordering. I couldn’t find my confirmation email from them but had not noticed it in spam under Snow chains . James happy to send another copy. But that was my mistake. Would definitely buy again from them

A supplier that goes the extra mile. As I was considering who to purchase my roofbars from online I could see that some suppliers suggested they may be able to match keys if they had the key number in stock. I called two suppliers. The other supplier just offered a full set of locks that I would have to change myself. Roofracks said that the number I had was an old number. I also asked about delivery. I ordered from Roofracks as the delivery was good and the matching key wasn't a major issue. The racks arrived ahead of schedule and I was pleased to see that they had searched around their stock and found a set of fixings with keys that matched my existing equipment. Thank you.
