I’m really pleased with my purchase and the service received. Great value on genuine Thule lock barrels, keys and spare parts which now means just one key for all my cycle carriers and racks with one broken wheel holder replaced too. All arrived in within one working day.

Bought these online. Asked lots of questions and received timely and professional advice from Ken. Bars arrived the day after I ordered them and are now on my 2020 Defender. The bars are very easy to fit btw, so don't waste your time paying Halfords to do that.

I wrote to thank Snowchains / Roofracks.co.uk for giving me such an excellent service. I ordered from them on Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday. I cannot thank them enough as I had been waiting for over a week to source a replacement Thule arm from another supplier. Their prices are competitive too.

Had left a message to inform me when a fitting kit was in stock, got the message saying it was in stock. Placed order and now get a phone call to say they won’t supply the fitting kit unless I buy another part.
Not impressed. If you are not willing to supply parts your web pages should say so instead of wasting my time.

Purchased a rack for my UX recently, but had an issue with one of the bars being the incorrect length (despite the manufacturer saying otherwise). Roofracks got in touch with the manufacturer to have them investigate, turned out their information had been wrong and they arranged for the correct part to be dispatched. Took a few weeks to resolve from start to finish, but happy with the service!

Roofracks have an excellent system where you can collect your items after hours should you be unable to to do so while they are open. While I was stuck in very heavy traffic on Friday due to an accident, they called asking me if I wanted to collect my bike rack after closing time. I was very pleased and relieved they have a system where they hold purchased items in a secure place for collection after hours. This avoided a wasted journey for me. Roofrack are very considerate people as they know that items like my bike rack are much needed for the weekend. 10 out of 10 to Roofracks / Snowchains especially for customer service. I’ve always purchased my Thule roof bars and replacement foot packs etc from these guys when changing cars. They are reasonably priced, very helpful and I trust them. I had a recent issue with a new Thule foot which wouldn’t tighten correctly but it was quickly replaced without any fuss.

I purchased Thule Roofbars and Feet from Roofracks.co.uk, they arrived promptly within a few days. On using the bars for the first time to carry bike racks / bikes on holidays one of the feet developed a problem when it became very hard to tighten it. On returning from holidays I contacted Roofracks.co.uk and they dealt with the problem very efficiently, sending me a replacement foot within three days - Excellent Service !

I ordered a Thule VeloCompact from Roofracks UK on a Friday. I expected delivery the following Tuesday but it arrived on Saturday (next day, fantastic). I had an issue with the lock (turned out to just be very very stiff). They contacted Thule and their area manager happened to be in my area and I had a home visit!! All sorted thanks guys. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for your products. Brilliant service.

Due to an accident I recently needed to order a spare part for my Thule Velospace XT bike rack. It was never going to be roofracks.co.uk biggest order of the day but they couldn't do enough to help me. They quickly sourced the part and within a few days I was all sorted. Absolutely brilliant, I can't recommend enough.

I wanted to order a range of Thule products, from roof-bars, to roof box, through to various sports-carriers (and accessories). It was a fairly sizeable order in the end, but I had shopped around and Roofracks were very competitive, but - most importantly for me - their service included matching all the locks. (Other suppliers expect you to buy replacements or at best swap them.) I liaised via email with John throughout the enquiry and delivery phases, and he - and the products - proved to be brilliant. Thank you!

I was able to get in contact from the US and get some spare parts for my roof box that weren’t sold here. They were excellent help and very respectful. Would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic customer service and great products! I was let down by someone else and needed a roofbox quickly! When I rung them and explained they did everything the could to get me the roofbox delivered in time - and luckily all went according to plan and we had the roof box for the holiday! Bars and box are great as well!

Buying a set of Thule roof bars and a roof box from this firm is a reminder of what great customer service should look like. Prices were reasonable and the online shopping experience good. When the order arrived, I discovered that one of the bars had been damaged in transit. I called Roofracks and was asked to send pictures of the damage to the bar and of the code on the packaging. They arranged to send over a replacement bar and to collect the damaged item at the same time, which happened next day. They were courteous throughout and did everything possible to resolve the problem swiftly. I would strongly recommend them.
