I would like to praise Roof racks on the exception service I received with regards to information pertaining to the product I was searching for, the quick and informative response, ease of purchase and then after sales care with regards to expected delivery date and tracking information. This made the Export from UK and Import into RSA very pleasant. Thank you James.

Really impressed with the aftersales service from James when my ski carrier developed a fault and a replacement was provided. Have also purchased several other items and the product knowledge is always first class - thank you!

Having purchased a new car I was unsure if the Thule roof bars from previous car was suitable for the new feet and fixing kit required. After receiving email from James at Roofracks advising the old bars would be OK I ordered the feet and kit. The items arrived the next day and fitted to new car all under 24 hours and saving cost of new bars. Excellent service would highly recommend.

Customer services were a great help, they made everything clear and simple. Ordered on Monday, items delivered on Tuesday! Well packed.

So…bought a Thule xxl xt of these guys a couple of years ago, great service.
I broke a hinge for the lid at the weekend (my fault) and was desperate to get it fix as wasn’t able to use the box, I emailed on Tuesday as didn’t have a clue which strut I needed, James took the info and came back with the part I needed to order with some advice…
Ordered Tuesday afternoon arrived Thursday morning…job done…

You don’t get service like that very often these days

Roofracks offered exceptional customer service, meeting all my rack, roofbox and cycle carrier needs. James was also able to rapidly help with a warranty issue I had; from receipt of the fault to receiving a replacement part only took 48 hours - simply outstanding!

Needing to replace my existing Thule roofrack after changing cars, I went back to the well-known bike store where I bought the original set. Not a good experience. Rang Roofracks.co.uk and got all the help and advice I needed - they even tried to sell me less by advising of a kit to convert my existing feet but they are not available anywhere (I looked). Despite my call being nearly 2pm, Andrew rushed the order out and I received the kit this morning. Fab service.
Then, once fitted, I was unsure about the installation as it was slightly out compared to the instruction sheet - that's where James came in. Talked me through possible issues, explained how to detach the kit plates from the feet to check correct part placement. All was ok. Just needed a slight wiggle after all.
Others sell roofracks but mainly bikes and car polish. If you need expert advice like me, go to Roofracks. How had I never heard of them?

I am very happy with the Thule roof box and dust cover we purchased over a year ago. But am even more happy with the aftersales from both roofracks.co.uk and Thule.

I contacted James at roofracks.co.uk on Tuesday as a hinge in the roof box had failed. James arranged with Thule to have a replacement sent out under Warranty. The replacement part arrived and was easily clicked into place, by Friday lunchtime, thanks to the excellent instructions sent by James.

I have no hesitation in recommending roofracks.co.uk to my friends or anyone else. I, for one, will be using them again.

We purchased Thule roof racks for our Vw Passat. As normal for me i left it until the last minute. I contacted roof racks.co.uk and asked how long delivery times were and if this was the correct set for our vehicle. The next day they were fitted to the car. Delivery to us, in Devon, was fantastic.

Great service from advice on what equipment was required to fit a non-standard roof rack system to delivery which was very prompt and well packaged, also delivered when they said they would.

Excellent service - When asked about the possibility of reusing a set of Thule roof bars for another car, the detailed response received was amazing. They clearly researched my ask and gave me all possible options.
When ordered it came really promptly and was really well packaged. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent service throughout. My part was unavailable everywhere else but the company went above and beyond to source it for me. They went straight to Thule as the part was no longer in production… they ordered it and were realistic with time scales. Cannot recommend the company enough… brilliant… will not go anywhere else for roof racks etc now.

I have a Thule roof box for my skis and the gear inside became stripped making it unable to lock , called Thule they wont sell the part but I found one at Roofracks in England and I'm in Canada . I sent James an email ordered the part and it arrived 6 days later just in time for ski season
