Ordered a custom sized, Luxlite Roof window and was not disappointed. The customer service was excellent, delivery was prompt, friendly and helpful and the quality of the product excellent. A little expensive, but it's a quality UK designed & made product supported by excellent customer service.

Excellent company, and all was perfect from the initial meeting and advice through to picking up a couple of good looking rooflights. Now fitted and watertight!

Roof Maker Leicester. Miss-selling and disgraceful customer service. 20 year warranty is a mere selling tactic nothing more. They will blame you for everything to avoid sorting out the problem with poor quality product. I have 3 roof lites, 2 are leaking. They want me to pay £300 to look at there faulty seals. Photo provided clearly shows seal warped around glass. Avoid them if you don’t want to pay for a leaking roof after just 4 years and rubbish fitted in your home.

The roof is fitted perfectly, shame we can’t say the same about your product. I’m not alone complaining about your useless warranty.

The company representative I dealt with Sarah Simpson, was very helpful, guiding me through the process, emailing fitting details / technical stuff etc. It was nice to talk it all through without pushy sales person stuff, nice one.

We have two large roof windows, 3m x 1.5m, in the kitchen roof. The original double glazed units were looking a bit tired so I researched options and decided to replace them. Initially using Roofmakers website and then in more detailed conversation I chose triple glazing with UV filtering. The installers removed the original windows and fitted the Roofmaker units in the same day. We immediately noticed the improvement in insulation. We’re also delighted with the appearance and how clean they keep compared to the originals, I presume because of the treatment on the glass and the smooth finish. The whole process from ordering, installation and outcome has been excellent.

The kept following up until the building was ready. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

We have had an awful experience with the company! Although the two roof lights arrived quickly and look good, they are both faulty. For one the mechanics for the electric opening don't work, for the other the blinds don't work. We have tried to contact them on numerous occasions, both by phone and email, but with very little to no response. The customer service line doesn't connect at all and when you call the sales line (where of course someone does pick up!) they promise that someone from the customer support will call us but we have yet to hear from them.

The windows were delivered in early September - it is now late October and we still haven't had the issue resolved. Absolutely appalling!

We have not received the products we paid for (and paid a lot for too!) - I would not recommend this company!

I had used Roofline previously for fit a Slimline pyramidal roof light design in my garage. It has held up well in a coastal location so I used the same design for 3 lights in my replacement kitchen roof. I had them delivered factory assembled so there was no risk of the builders getting it wrong or bad weather upsetting the sealing. There were no issues installing them and they look great. There is a lot of info supplied for installation but it was a bit confusing as not everything you need to know is in one place.A phone call resolved things straight away.

I bought a Roofmaker rooflight 3 years ago, it stopped working/opening after 18 months. Turns out the 10 year guarantee does not cover the working parts, but in any case roofmaker customer services were impossible to contact and never returned my messages or emails (strangely the sales line pick up immediately). Eventually in desperation and after many months of trying to get roofmaker to fix the problem, I tracked down an independent contractor to fix the problem. The Rooflight was supplied with motors insufficient to operate the size of Rooflight I have. The contractor told me he is dealing with many many dissatisfied roofmaker customers. The cost of repairs was roughly half the cost of buying it in the first place. I wish I had used a local window company. I would not touch this company again.

I was able to speak to a knowledgeable sales team member before purchasing so that gave me a lot of confidence to purchase with their guidance. Delivery was on time and the product was good quality.

Great service and windows. Highly recommend.

Motors on window failed after 3 months. It is impossible to get through to customer services and 9 months later I still don’t have a window that opens, it is going to cost approximately half the cost of the window to replace the motor and they don’t reply to emails. Avoid like the plague
