I have issues with one purchase when the pack was incomplete. After submitting some information, missing pieces were sent to me. Everything sorted online, without having to talk to a person. Great quality products. As advertised.

The worry free worked a treat for me. My local useless delivery company lost the item for 10 days. I claimed and received a refund within minutes.

Everything fits well. Parts are all acceptable quality. The only issue I faced was the baubles falling off which I'll resolve with adhesive. This is my 8th kit and have never had any issues.

Have built several of their kits and all 4 in the industrial city collection. They were fun builds with easy to follow instructions and the kits function as designed and described.
