I gave it one star to Right Cars because I could give…

I gave one star to Right Cars because I could give this company less. Right Cars is a garbage, I booked a car from 06/12 a 06/30/2027 throughout Expedia. The car this company gave me was very good 2026 KIA Soluto, but with dead battery, I call and the owner wanted me to buy and change the battery by myself, but I said no because I didn’t want to spend more money on this company, after call and fight with the owner, he sent someone to change it laterally at the middle of the night. Also I had to pay to someone else for taking a family member to the doctor because the car didn’t turn on due to the dead battery. But wait, for returning the car they don’t have 24 hrs. service and they wanted me to charge more money because they have to receive the car our business time, besides of $900 for deposit and $500 for another car insurance that doesn’t cover anything because if the client has an accident it doesn’t matter who’s fault it is, the client always lose. I feel bad for the company’s employees the guy who attended me was nice, but the owner he is something else. I had the worst experience ever with this company. This company does not deserve to have clients because the owner is lack of care.DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL BUSINESS, THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

Worst EVER RENTAL COMPAGNIE EVER in Orlando
No front desk just little kiosque cabins to speak with a CSR through a camera and when it was time to sign and pay the down payment they were forcing me to upsell and but insurance which I already have ! It was $400 usd more I had to pay for the 1 week rental for supposedly admin fees etc…which I had already paid and booked by Priceline !! There were other customers that were there also and the same thing. Usually I necer had this issue !
Went to Routes and got the best service from Omer !

We were 5 clients at 2 a.m. they are forcing to upsell everyone. If you don't comply, they cancel your reservation, no refund.

Don't. I have very good private insurance.

Because I recorded the fact that I was forced into paying some more Insurance the guy decided to cancel the booking with all my authorization.

This agency only trapping customers offering attractive price with brokerd then after hunting the customer they play with the car size, brand and conditions under the umbrella of OR similar.

I bought a package from Priceline which…

I bought a package from Priceline which included a flight a hotel stay and a car rental for 3 days from RC Right Car Rental out of Tampa, Fl. Firstly the car rental is not in the airport. It’s a 10minute drive by shuttle.
When you get there, it is in the middle of nowhere land.
Here comes their real scam>
The told me that they are going to charge my credit card $257. over the Priceline charges In Addition to a $200. deposit charge. I asked them 3 times to clarify this point and they explained that yes it was in addition to the Priceline charges and In Addition to the deposit. They explained that in my contract with Priceline it says that there will be other charges at the car rental place.
Again, i was only renting this car for 3 days!
I could’ve rented a car for less than $257. for 3 days elsewhere without my “package “ from Priceline!
At the RC office I called Priceline who then called RC car rental who DENIED that they were charging me $257. altogether!
All they were charging, they said was the deposit of $200.!
I was flabbergasted they lied straight to my face, scum of the earth!
I then told RC car rental that I would agree to the charge of $200. Deposit only. And listen to this…RC car rental told me that they are not going to rent to me at all, because I was recording them in a private property and that is illegal.
Priceline told me that there was nothing they could do for me, “it was my word against RC car rentals word”
So I was left stranded in the middle of nowhere without a car and without a shuttle to take me back to the airport or to my hotel!
It was a “lovely “ start to my vacation together with my wife in the hot sun.
Priceline then tells me that they would return the money of the package that was for the car rental, and that for my 3 days car rental Priceline said I would get a $23. refund!!
I was charged just under $3000. for the package.

Anna and Jeevon were THE BEST! Everything was super quick, they were super nice and personable and made sure they took care of us. ONLY booking right car when I visit the island from now on!!

I booked a car in Tampa Florida through…

I booked a car in Tampa Florida through Priceline. Maria was at the front desk.
They were strong arming me into buying their insurance coverage after i showed them my coverages that are the highest coverages progressive offers. They said i could not rent the car unless i paid them $450. for coverage “because Tampa is very expensive” as i was there, two other unhappy patrons were standing outside complaining as they waited for Ubers to get them out of the run down area of town they are in.
Do not waist your time renting a car from them. You’re better off walking.
What would Jesus do? He wouldn’t rent a car from Right Car Global Rentals. That’s for sure

Cleaning

You will have to buy the cleaning package for €12 otherwise you have to clean the car yourself when you return it, which is not possible in a parking lot at the airport. If the car is not cleaned, the company charges €24 for cleaning. This applies even for flies on the windscreen. I have never rented a car from a company that charges extra for cleaning. Never again!

Avoid at all costs!

A simple warning to anyone thinking of hiring from this company.

Strange that the same car we hired is mentioned multiple times in the reviews, as the rental company try’s to charge you for damage….white Skoda Fabia with damage under the front left valence. A location that they know you won’t take photo’s of because it’s underneath the car.

I froze my credit card as soon as I could see what was going on, and it’s safe to say no damage funds could be taken.

Do not use this company, Right Cars Chania airport

Do not use this company. They are dishonest. They tried to get us to pay an extra 250 euros insurance when we had taken out full insurance in the UK. They filled us with stories about what it would cost us if a tiny stone hit the car, said that the UK insurance wouldn't cover us for many things, that the police were hopeless so we wouldn't get any reports if there was an accident, etc etc. We photographed the car, hardly used it, we were so terrified by their stories, washed it, returned it spick and span, and they quickly walked around the car hardly looking at it and then went straight to the front, right of the car, put their hand under the bumper and said there's a dent here. We said we had no incidents and it must have been there before. They asked for our photographic evidence of it and we said obviously we didn't photograph the underneath of the car. They clearly knew about this dent and went straight for it to try and get us for something as we had refused to give them the extra 250 euros. Finally another man took over and said we were free to go. It was an utterly miserable experience. Don't use them.

Disappointing Service and Hidden Fees

I rented a car from this company at Cairo Airport in Egypt. They gave me the car in a very dirty condition, without any proper cleaning. It was extremely dirty, but I thought it would be fine, so I decided to return the car in the same condition I received it in.

When I was in the process of returning the car, the agent told me that I had to pay a $20 cleaning fee. To be honest, the agent was decent, but his manager asked him to charge me the $20 anyway.

I have photos showing the condition of the car, including chocolate stains everywhere on the windows. Honestly, I will never use their service again. They do not care about customer satisfaction; instead, they treat customers like ATM machines. Be aware.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I pre booked car hire from Chania airport and prepaid all costs of £140. They insisted I paid an extra 259 euros for insurance which I wouldn’t pay. After much arguing they cancelled the booking. 2 other customers had the same problem but they paid but were very unhappy. Another customer was arguing with them as they were wanting to keep their 800 euro deposit for damage to their vehicle which they said had already been noted when they took the car. Con artists so do not use them. Booked through carrental8 on kayak who are uncontactable so avoid these also. Went next door to another rental company and got a car for 150euros.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE

DO NOT RENT HERE…I had a very disappointing experience renting a car from Right Cars.
When I returned the vehicle after a week long rental, I was informed that there was a small scratch, approximately half an inch in size, and was told the vehicle would need to be taken to a repair shop. The car had no dents, no signs of an accident, and absolutely no damage that would indicate any significant impact occurred during my rental period.
What made the situation even more uncomfortable was my interaction with the rental representative. During the rental process, he repeatedly made personal advances toward me, gave me his phone number, and appeared upset when I did not contact him. This behavior was unprofessional and created an uncomfortable environment.
Driving on the island naturally exposes rental vehicles to normal wear and tear. Even visiting popular destinations such as Mullet Bay Beach can involve rough roads and parking areas. Minor cosmetic marks can occur despite a driver's best efforts, especially during a week-long rental. Rental companies should distinguish between normal wear and tear and actual damage.
My experience left me feeling that the scratch issue was handled unfairly and that the company was overly focused on finding reasons to charge customers for minor issues. Many travelers choose smaller rental companies because their rates are often lower than larger companies such as Hertz. However, my experience left me with the impression that some of those savings may be offset by aggressive damage claims for what appears to be normal wear and tear.
To make matters worse, the company charged my credit card $195 without contacting me beforehand to discuss a repair charge or provide any documentation. I will requested an itemized receipt, photographs of the alleged and proof that the repair was actually completed. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect transparency and supporting documentation before being charged for damages.
I strongly encourage future renters to thoroughly document the vehicle's condition with detailed photos and videos both before and after the rental period. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other rental companies before choosing Right Cars.

Car had service light on and damages that weren't recorded

Car had service light on, i.e. service wasn't perfomed.
It had multiple scuffs and dents that weren't logged on the contract and all responsibility has handed over to customer to record in addition to the fact that the car was handed over at night without proper light, when returned there was a dent smaller than 1 cm that wasn't captured due to this, barely being visible in broad daylight. Explanation of damages/cost was not made properly, making it sound like if it was only above 3cm it would have been a problem, when it fact there was a whole price list for different sizes. When damage was recorded it wasn't done properly, no measurement recorded on the other size, I couldn't even see the dent. Not worth it

No problems, recommend.

I couldn’t find the meeting point at the airport at first. When I rang them, I was told that someone would be waiting for me in the arrivals hall, and that was exactly the case. When we were picked up at the airport, the driver took us to the car collection point. There, the car was hired to us online through a video call. We rented the car without having to pay a deposit. There is an additional charge of €70 for an extra driver.

When we returned the car, a member of staff carried out a quick inspection and everything was fine, with no issues at all. We are very pleased with the entire rental process and can genuinely recommend this company.

You’ve been WARNED!

If you book this place from any 3rd party site BEWARE! This place is a SCAMMING MONEY GRAB! Be prepared for Undisclosed fees for insurance even when you have full coverage! Who pays $300 additional after the cost of the rental for ADDITIONAL INSURANCE. This is a low budget rental car company looking to make money however they can. Stay far away!

A word of warning about this car hire place,not to be recommended!
We hired a car through this company, process started well, although night time, car looked in reasonable shape though we did receive confirmation of damage to the car (10 in total, mostly very minor scratches) but upon returning it the agent went straight to a small scratch of around an inch which he said wasn't there before, very suspicious as we hadn't scraped it (of course it is possible it happened without our knowledge).
Given this scratch was so small we were amazed to be charged Euro 345 for this, even though the car was full of these minor scratches & so it was obvious that they never repaired any in any case!
Usually these type of scratches are largely ignored by car hire companies in general as they are purely cosmetic.
In conclusion, ignore the cheap price as i would suggest this branch is purely being operated to maximise profits by charging for pretty non existant damage or trying to get you to pay for their expensive insurance.
Hire from this branch at your peril

Fraud Renat car Company

I had a terrible experience with this rental car company. The contract was misleading, and they charged extra money that was never clearly explained upfront. There was no visible contract to properly review before agreeing, which feels dishonest and deceptive.
Customer service was even worse. There was no live agent available, only a video call system with staff who were disrespectful, unhelpful, and dismissive when I tried to question the charges. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they acted rude and avoided giving clear answers.
I strongly recommend that no one rent a car from this company. The entire experience felt fraudulent, misleading, and stressful. Save yourself the trouble and choose a company that values honesty, transparency, and respectful customer service.

This place is a SCAM!!

This place is a SCAM!!! You have to take a shuttle bus to their location. Once there, they will say that you need $500k worth of insurance coverage to rent from them. In my case, they stated that it was Priceline's policy to have that amount.
When I told them that I could add the coverage to my current policy they stated that I would have had to have the coverage for at least 3 months. Which makes no sense at all. They tried to get me to pay an additional $567 to purchase this mandatory insurance from them. I declined. And since this place is located off site from the airport I had to take an Uber back to the airport. I ended up renting through Enterprise for $274, with the current insurance coverage I already had. This place advertises a low price through Priceline or other booking site and once they get you with your family and all your luggage away from the airport they try and pressure you into paying these ridiculous high fees to rent from them.
This place had multiple company names running from the same location.
