You pay and don't get anything!

At this point they might as well be a scam. I paid for an order in December and it's May without any updates and still no hoodie. I ordered one single hoodie and we have reached out multiple times.
If you go to their instagram you will find comments of other people in the same situation. On X my husband reached out and made a comment. They asked him to delete the comment for them to make it right... well that was months ago. I can't even get a refund at this point and I have been doing my part to take action.
If you like lighting money on fire then, by all means please make a purchase. For me personally, I will be spending my money elsewhere and I am very disappointed with the brand given my husband is a huge fan of optic
