I thought rhino mall was legit and I ordered a sofa bed with storage back at the end of March it was supposed to be delivered today on May 10th I never got a tracking number from rhino mall I have emailed them and I have messaged them on Facebook they have not responded to me at all whatsoever I ended up getting a pair of women's sunglasses in the mail today total bull crap unbelievable and my son and I was looking forward to getting a cool nice looking couch that also converted into a bed what a shame

So I also ordered couches months ago back in February today I received two pairs of women's sunglasses that are cheaper than dollar stores PayPal obviously trust this site because they make their payments through it I've got a hold of PayPal PayPal won't do nothing about it so I will probably be sued for defamation of character because I'm putting PayPal and all the other trusted names that went along with rhino Mall out on blast and I suggest everyone else do the same flood any person that was connected to this website and run them into the ground

I ordered what I thought was a convertible couch sofa bed in the middle of March. I received tracking pretty quickly, HOWEVER, tracking information never loaded until I received the package 10 weeks later. As if I hadn’t waited long enough, I opened the package and received $1.00 sunglasses, not the couch that I had ordered. This store is a SCAM!

They are a scam I ordered the sofa bed table too and got a pair of sunglasses today. Wow! They suck!

I also ordered a really nice sofa bed from this site.didnt know it came from china.i was given a tracking number from royal mail,so thought everything was good,cos I trust royal mail.but the last I heard was my order had left china & was in transit.that was nearly 1month ago now,& I've heard nothing more about it,& assume royal mail havnt either.doesnt look as though it is going to turn up.they said delivery time would be 14-20 days,but I'm still waiting to even hear that its arrived in this country.im not sure,but I've never seen Royal Mail delivering furniture to people either,so that had me a bit worried that Ive been scammed,or wasnt going to get what I thought I'd ordered.i wanted to order a few things from this site,but I'm glad I only ordered 1 to try it out 1st.i agree with the other review,it seems as though its a case of "If it sounds too good to be true,it probably is." I'm gutted,my daughter is disappointed she probably wont get this for her new room,& out of pocket.wich as a single mum,I cant afford to loose that sort of money.shame on these people if they are not going to deliver & taking money off innocent people.

Facebook Scam Trader! Stupidly I trusted this site but paid with Paypal so have just been refunded. They seem legit and even send a tracking number but the item never leaves China. There are several other companies using the same platform so beware!
