It's horrible...i ordered a fold out couch in march....i never got a anything from them...cant reach anyone there's no way to reach them I've sent email after email not a damn thing

I ordered a recliner and sofa bed on 4/3/2021, recieved a tracking number, come to find out that my items were sitting at 109 Doplin Dr McKinney, Texas, since 4/12/2021. UPS stated that my items were coming through USPS mail innovations. Yesterday, I tracked the number and it was placed in my mailbox on 5/25/2021, was my Mask that I ordered through WISH. So, my question is how did they get my tracking number for my mask, which was late getting to me and recieved a refund through WISH because it didn't arrive by the date they presented. So, I made a claim yesterday on my items and recieved a phone call this morning from USPS and the tracking number that Rhinomall gave me was on my mask, which I didn't order through them. Now I have to call my bank and get refund because this was a SCAM. I should have went with my gut instinct when I felt this company was a scam, but was looking for a bargain. I know now not to buy anything from out of the US anymore because we are at war with China and Thailand, it's been on the news. Plus, I also recieved a package with a pair of black bulky sunglasses with a note thanking me for being patient. This has me so mad..

Ordered their car lift 3000 and several months later still nothing, I had tried to contact them, first time was generic “sorry posting longer than expected item is coming from Thailand not USA blah blah” and I’ve not had a reply off anything else.

If I could give NO stars I would. I had ordered a platform bed with storage for a great price and instead got a pair of CHEAP sunglasses. On the box I received nowhere on it was information about where it had came from. I ordered back in April here it is June and I’m a bit upset.

Said I would update when I heard more and had my delivery. Well you guessed it, I too have the same cheap sunglasses rather than the tilting car ramp advertised. Have emailed for return and refund - yeah right!
Honestly think that Facebook ought to refund anybody who bought from these scammers since they (Facebook) have probably made money from them advertising stuff they clearly do not have. Tina Huang you may have scammed lots of people out of money but you will one day get your just desserts.

No item & PayPal say they have recieved proof of delivery, obviously I will be taking this further with PayPal, do not buy from this company, scammers.

This Web site is a Big fraud please Jeep away from this Website because when you had Ordered then payment will be deducted from your account but the order will not be delivered to your given address. I am order two foldable bed with two sizes in 16.03.2021 but as yet I do not received I wrote the email 100 times but did not respond. So I requested to you please save your money from these fraudulent persons and websites. I am also write in our European cyber crime cell to block these types of websites.

Rhinomall is a rip off. Paid for item never received. There is no one you can talk to to get refund and the only. Way of contact is an email that just ignores you!

I ordered a sofa bed and it NEVER arrived. I've sent numerous e-mails and no replies. I want my money back and their website needs to be removed from the internet.

Absolute crap! Ordered a sofa bed.. got a .99 pair of sunglasses 6 weeks later! SCAM!! No way to contact anyone besides a bs email just don’t respond to you! Lesson learned! Always check the reviews out before giving someone your money

I too have received them same butt ugly glass and for how much.... nearly $50.00 !! This is wrong and I'd like to know how it is these folks get away with this B.S.. I've even been hit for $1600.00 from some other scam b.s. never will I see that money back. Wonder if ill get refunded for this order from rhino. Highly doubt it since they havent been replying back anymore. I placed my order an paid for it march 20,21. Still nothin but these god awful freakin glasses. Have these folks bumpped their heads or what??

The same as the others writing reviews. I ordered a sofa bed, got a tracking number from Royal Mail and 8 weeks later, I get a towel!!! With a note, saying:
‘Dear friend, So glad to serve for you! And thanks for your kind understanding and support! If there are any further questions, just feel free to contact us at (email address) and we will always be here. Have a nice day! Best wishes’
This is scam, I emailed them asking for my money back, we’ll see what happens.

Basically, like others have written already, I ordered a futon advertised as a clearance item and received a pair of dime store sunglasses. The website makes it seem it is a US company and they advertise through Facebook (should have been my first clue). Thankfully it was done via PayPal so a refund is possible. We'll see how that goes.

I ordered a hunting blind in November. Received a cheap pair of ugly sun glasses today.... I'd I could give less than a 1 star I would. Customer service is non existent

Well as I can see ..I was duped as well. I ordered a couch bed n table combo. Yes I received a pair of cheap sun glasses with case. wow I sure will not be doing this again. Try to trust but once again I was screwed 🤬

Ordered a fold out chair two months ago and got a pair of cheap sunglasses as a "gift" but still no chair. These people should be sued.
