just to let you all know i have been scammed by these people. I paid for a car ramp in march 2021 and have emailed loads of times and i have received nothing and no replies disgusting these type of people are aloud to advertise.

Don't order anything, it is a fake website. I have ordered a balconynest on April and today I have received a pair of sunglasses. I have been really a foul to order a so nice chair for just 39,00 Euro and now 3,00 to the postman...I am so angry

This store is so fake I ordered the chair that is supposed to tilt and change into a lounger or bed back in April 2021,received a tracking number that sends you to a courier that doesn't exist when I tried to email them concerning my dispatched chair I was told that it had been dispatched but now it's nearly August and I have received nothing that's another £40 lost not good when you are on benefits

Oh so that is why I got a pair of cheap black sunglasses that I did not order! Like many others on here I received NO SOFA BED that I paid for on 29th March and Rhinohelpdesk sai I should check again between 5th and 21 May, it had been shipped but they were not sure if it was shipped from US or Thailand! They then ignored all correspondence. Paypal have simply said they have delivered so my dispute has been declined but they have ignored me when I asked for proof of delivery. I am now asking my bank for help. I am absolutely disgusted with paypal

How I wish I had read the reviews prior to making a purchase. Like many of the others here, I ordered a piece of furniture and received sunglasses. Ugly ones at that. And like others, I wish it were possible to give negative stars.

I knew the pricing looked too good to be true, but since PayPal was listed as a payment method, I assumed the company was legit. So here's a message to PayPal - please take note and revoke your services from this "merchant" / scammer.

In all honestly this web site should be fined because of all the money they have been taking from people and not sending the customer's what they paid for.I purchased a fold out couch, hammock chair.And paid for it ...I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK

If I could give negative score it would be -1,000,000. I paid for the multifunctional sofa bed on April 16, 2021 & on April 21, 2021 I received an email stating it was shipped & a tracking number. Sent 10+ emails with NO response & tracking information was NEVER updated. There is no phone number or address, just two email addresses. A little over two months later, my mailman delivered a package for the tracking number I was provided, & they sent a pair of dollar store sunglasses. I never received what I ordered nor was my money refunded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

WOW, that is what I received today. I've been waiting for the Grey chair that folds out into a dbl bed for 3 months and today I received a pair of cheap ugly really large black sunglasses. I am disabled and have been sick and unable to follow what was going on with the chair and I cannot believe this I am going to write PayPal and let them know what was done also two weeks ago my phone was hacked and within two minutes a woman took out over $10,000 out of our bank account this is getting absolutely ridiculous we need help and our banks need to help us this is not fair especially for people who are disabled and live on a very tight fixed income during a pandemic I will be getting in touch with PayPal in the morning thank you so much for your review because I could not understand where these sunglasses came from because I never ordered a pair of sunglasses and I was really looking forward to that chair because it would fit perfect down here in my basement to use I am just absolutely POSITIVELY disgusted please PayPal we think you help us to save our money and not get ripped off by these people and they're all coming from China there's got to be something that can be done

I ordered a chair from this scam listed on Facebook and accepting PayPal as a payment method, thinking it's most likely legitimate. I placed the order on April 9, 2021 and received a cheap pair of sunglasses on June 21, 2021. I've ordered from this area before and have never had a problem. I guess I'll stop ordering from the Chinese region since they don't protect the consumer and to avoid any hassles. Thank you PayPal for refunding my payment. I'll always use PayPal.

Complete and total scam. Do Not Buy Anything From Them. You don't get the product and they take your money. I have screenshots of correspondence but no one responds. Stay away from them

Ordered the fold out chair/bed. Despite repeated inquiries it took more than 60 days to receive A PAIR OF CHEAP SUNGLASSES. Paid through PayPal but they are unable to help without a police report.

Like the other reviews- I ordered the tilting car lift and received sunglasses.

I also purchased the sofa beds (2) and was shipped sunglasses. Adding insult to injury, those sunglasses were crap.
I too sent many emails to Rhino Mall and started to get tracking information. However, the sofa beds were shipped to Tipton, IN. I live in S.E. PA
Does anyone know how to put a complaint into Facebook?
I tried using PayPal as I paid through them. They wanted copies of my correspondence, so I tried to do that with no luck as the complaint department wanted pdf's.
I tried using pdf and nothing worked.

Total rip off merchants, making a fortune stealing money from the public, something should be done by Facebook to cancel their account and remove them from site.
Steer well clear have waited over 2 months for a sofabed, with no joy in contacting them all emails are ignored.

What a nonsense. 😡 I order a sofa which cost 42 pounds. I waited for 2 month. The thing is that they send me a sunglass (worth may be Less than 1pound) instead of Sofa. Don't cheat like this. I will never buy any china product from today. Go to hell... Don't trust them... Hate 😡 it. It's better to take legal action against this kind of people. It's my fault I ordered a product from them.

I cannot believe that on 4 April I ordered a three in one coach pull out bed desk scenario and 15 times I’ve tried to correspond with them no tracking information now there’s a tracking layout saying that they delivered it to my mailbox it is a coach that cannot be pizza delivered to my mailbox I’ve made many many many attempts regardless of the affordable price this is a scam and I need to know anybody give me some information on how to get a hold of these people personally and live on the phone this is disgusting
