The hole experience was fine first phone flawless the second one the note 20 battery was done only lasted a few hours on a full charge so had it replaced at Samsung

I am utterly appalled by the backup customer service I have endured. After purchasing a flagship device, it broke down in less than a week, leaving me stranded with a useless product. Despite having a three-year warranty, the claims process has been nothing short of a nightmare. The courier arrived to collect the device, but Revibe failed to send the required paperwork, wasting valuable time. Once the paperwork finally arrived, the courier company refused to return because Revibe did not provide proper instructions—only Revibe can authorise the collection, and they simply neglected to do so. To make matters worse, Revibe abruptly cancelled my claim, forcing me to start the process again because the previous claim had 'expired.' Refunds are restricted to a narrow ten-day window from receipt, yet my initial claim was lodged four days after receiving the device. Due to Revibe's incompetence and endless delays, I was deprived of the chance to get a refund, and now I am left waiting another month for repairs. This entire ordeal has been infuriating, and I am now deeply anxious about how much worse future claims could be over the next three years. I strongly urge anyone to reconsider before trusting their services, as my experience has been a disaster.

I purchased from South Africa and it was a really seamless experience. Honestly had more trouble with DHL on delivery day than anything. It’s super affordable, no hidden costs and it’s literally delivered to your door. I chose “pretty good” condition and honestly it’s basically new!
I did see the negative reviews about some customers paying customs and not receiving their order so I was anxious, but I think it seems case specific as most reviews are stellar and my experience speaks for that

Parcal arrived at time but I'm having issues in returning, now its 5 days and nobody come to pick the pakage, and revibe cuts additional 100 riyals on returns and they didn't mention this to tell the customer that if we returns the package they will deduct 100 riyals and we have to wait a lot for a courier service for collection.

I had the worst experience with Revibe.I dont have my money or my laptop that i ordered because i decided to order from them, definitely the biggest mistake i made.They claim in their site about shipping within 2-4 days. I ordered a laptop with this hope that i would get my laptop quickly because i needed a laptop urgently. Later on even aftwr 7-8 business days my laptop wasnt even shipped. Even after so many emails my laptop wasn’t shipped so i finally cancelled my order. Its been so many days and they sare saying they have already processed the refund but it still hasnt come in my bank account. Now after so long wait neither do i have a laptop nor my money.

Over 2 week delay in delivery, company placed all blame on the shipper and refused to take any responsibility or action except for empty platitudes in their emails. Return process was excruciating - again, the company took no responsibility.

Very disappointing - Received the Wrong Model and a Dead Battery!
I highly recommend avoiding Revibe. My experience with them has been a complete nightmare.
I ordered a Dell Latitude 7420, but instead, they shipped me a completely different, lower-spec model—the Dell Latitude 7320. Getting the wrong laptop was frustrating enough, but it gets much worse.
Revibe explicitly promises a battery health of 90% on very good condition or higher for their devices. When I checked the battery health on the laptop they sent me, it was sitting at a miserable 44%. The laptop can barely hold a charge and is practically unusable without being plugged into a wall.
They failed on the model, they failed on the quality assurance, and they completely lied about their battery health guarantees. Save your time, money, and sanity—do not buy from Revibe.
