A very bad and embarrassing experience for me. I ordered a laptop in excellent condition, but upon delivery, I discovered that it didn't meet my specifications and had numerous scratches. A truly awful experience, and I requested its return as soon as possible.

I bought an I phone 14 Pro Max from Revibe with the initial purchase date being 10/02/2026
Upon receiving the phone I realised that the phone is not reading my physical SIM card. I had to return it in order to fix this issue. The entire process took more than a month.
When I received the Phone back for the second time, this time I was not able to add an ESIM. There was not option to add en Esim and for that reason the camera could not read the QRC. When the phone charged, it stayed on the same percentage for a very long time. I had to return the phone for a second time.
When I received it back the 3rd time, I immediately noticed that I received a different device. This device had an imperfection on the screen and I was still not able to add my Esim. The power button also didn’t work properly. I had to press very hard in order for it to lock or unlock. Also, when I tapped on the screen, ot didn’t switch on immediately, I had to tap a few times.
After this terrible experience I tried to request a refund as I was experiencing too much issues and felt that it’s no longer worth it. They informed me that I cannot receive a refund as the purchase was initially in February and passed the 10day policy. I argued that I didn’t even had the chance to enjoy the phone for 2 consecutive days. At the end they advised that I can create a warranty claim and they promised to fix the phone this time.
I received the phone back today, 13 May2026. Imagine struggling since February. The screen has not been fixed. I still cant add an Esim. The power button is fixed. Guess I should be grateful about that. I also noticed that the little lenses on the camera is loose.
I am aware that these are refurbished phones however, I chose an Excellent condition phone for a reason. The device that I am in possession of is in worse condition than the initial device received.
I will never make use of Revibe’s service again and will definitely not recommend. Thousands down the drain

Considering that it was my first time buying from Revibe, I naturally didn't trust them. The distrust quickly disappeared as they started communicating immediately I placed the order. The communication continued all the way until I received my order.

Bearing in mind that I have only had the product for 24hrs, everything is good, iPhone 13 is a in good condition & was well priced.
I’m not sure how my extended warranty works though?
2 days later the supplied USB-C cable packed up .... not charging which is a bit dissapointing.
