Very responsive
Very responsive. I had a special project to complete and I found the perfect tag holder. I was able to get a sample to make sure it would work and the product was at the door soon after I made the order. The tag holder seems very durable and I am happy with it.

I was very disappointed when I received my alarms all in white....was expecting the multi colored as the show on the website....I feel that it was false advertising....I have several Granddaughters that I purchased them for and all white just doesn't work ! I would NOT have bought hem if I had known they would arrive in all white...I will post on face book so that other customers will be aware of this !!!! I had planned on buying more but not after this .... I will purchase some from another company that is honest with their advertising.....and these weren't cheap !!!

They have awesome products, fast shipping and good customer service, But the boxes they used for shipping are a very low quality easily pierced and crashed, the items were not breakable and arrived in fair condition, Please use better quality corrugated boxes.
