I bought hangers for $ 23 and was charged $ 206 for shipping. how the hell can you rob a customer like that?
I will never shop from this company again even though they have great products. I will also not recommend shopping from this company.

Excessive shipping fees that are tacked on after the order has already been completed.

Ordering was easy and baskets shipped fast. The product was of high quality. When I reviewed my credit card statement it was a different amount than the invoice I was sent when I placed the order. I went online and it had the same amount as noted on the invoice sent when I placed the order. When I called, they sent me the actual invoice which included a 35% shipping fee. Although it is possible that I missed this fee when ordering, I am very anal when it comes to shipping fees, so it's doubtful. I found it very odd that the information sent to me, when I placed the order, did not include the shipping fee on the invoice and when I looked up the order online, it too was void of the shipping fee.

Service is always 5 star. Joan Duffy is amazing.

I purchase a decent amount of product from this company and the main reason is customer service. I recently bought four large items and two were broken in shipping and the other two were not what I was expecting. After I made one simple call it was all taken care of and they even paid the return postage. I will always recommend this company to anybody who needs their goods.

This was my first purchase from Retail Resource. My order shipped and arrived promptly. The items were exactly as described.

I received an incorrect item and some damaged items in my order. Retail Resources quickly shipped me the correct item and replaced the damaged items. Everyone can make a mistake. It's how we handle it that makes a big difference!

I was charged more for shipping. I bought 4 baskets $20 and shipping was $30. One of the baskets has damage. I need the baskets for a display so i just have to use them. Not happy.

Great experience overall. One Hook arrived damaged and I spoke to a Rep the day the hooks arrived. They said they would replace it for free and send it straight away. I haven't received it yet but I feel confident it will be here soon to complete the amount I had ordered originally!

Love the product but shipping kills you way to big of a box !
