I don't order from Retail Resource, but when I need something to enhance the gift shop, I look in the Retail Resource book first. And they've been very cooperative when I ordered the wrong thing and had to return it. They made it very easy. And they always ship promptly.
I would definite recommend them.

Retail Resource is now at the top of my jewelry display suppliers list!
Retail Resource is now at the top of my favorites list when I need jewelry displays. I needed a way to hang all my longer necklace chains at gem and mineral shows, and the metal display stand I bought from Retail Resource is of high quality and was shipped very fast. I can't wait to use it this summer at all of the shows I attend as a jewelry artist vendor.

The representative was pleasant and extremely helpful by sending me an email with information about how to return the package. And I was doubly impressed that the shipping cost was included!
