You wrote that if the order is my by 14.00pm the delivery will come next day. I made an order at 13:40 and paid for the next day delivery until 12.00 but the order came in two days only. Very dissapointing.

Your order was then delivered to you on Tuesday. The delivery which you paid for was 'DPD By 12', which means that your order will arrive before 12pm the day after we ship it, which it did.
