The person I spoke to was very helpful. He had to research what I wanted then contacted me. The item was delivered much quicker than I expected.

A frustrating experience. I have an AGA Masterchef Electric oven which blew fuses and stopped working. On19 March. Repairtech collected payment that day and promised an engineer by Friday. I heard no more so chased by phone and email without getting any information of the promised engineer. Requests for the details of complaints procedure or Directors details were ignored. Chased again on 9 April and the engineer finally called on 11 April over 3 weeks after taking payment. I am in my mid 80s and effectively had no cooking facilities over the Easter period. Beware, DO Not part with your money without obtaining a firm promise of action by this company.

Up front contact and on the day contact was excellent. Have no cause to doubt that the work carried out was professionally completed. The problem seems to have been solved.
My wife ( the cleanest person I know) was affronted when the engineer called the oven door filthy! We couldn't work out how to clean the internal glass door hence it was dirty with routine use over the years not ' filthy'
A more thoughtful approach would have been more appropriate and appreciated in someone's house.

Excellent service I wish all companies adopted this company approach I cannot fault them from start to finish. I received my products I needed within a couple of days a lot sooner than I was expecting very pleased

Replaced my grill elements which could be accessed from the front and also did a service replacing seals and catches. If you do need your cooker moved away from the wall, they have boards to protect the floor. All done promptly.

My advice would be not to use this company. My range cooker still has not been repaired correctly since October when I first arranged a visit. It has been a complete series of errors and mistake after mistake. We are currently without hobs to cook with and have been for the last month. The hobs worked before the engineer came out to fix them - now they do not.He has carried out various repairs since October. He returned yesterday to fix the hobs (after a month) however had the wrong part - this is not the first time he has come with the incorrect part despite having carried out the inspection. When he left yesterday morning he assured me that someone would be in contact with me by the end of the day. This has not been the case indeed I am the one having to make the phone calls. When I call the service desk they seem unable to help other than tell me that they are 'chasing' it up with the engineers. There appears to be very little communication between the two departments which can only be excerbating the extremely the poor service. On occasions the service team have assured me that they will call me by the end of the day and they have not. The whole service has been very frustrating but also very distressing. I await to see when I'll hear and when the engineer can come out with the correct part. I am hoping by the end of the week but hold out very little hope.

The call handler was marvellous and communicated really well and did what she promised and rang me back - promptly too . I was amazed when the item appeared less than 24 hours later . Very impressive .
It was a bit of a job fitting the new door and I ended up taking it off again and using the old fixings , which had spacers. My new oven door is fitted perfectly now .
The problem was with ME! I was convinced that I could see a crack in the old glass and it turned out to be the silver foil insulation had slipped a bit . There was as no need at all for a new door/ glass fitting ! 🤷♀️
It’s just worth looking properly , not making assumptions and getting another pair of eyes to check !
Anyway , I am still very pleased with my new set up .
Thank you team Repairtech services .

Unfortunately I cannot give a favourable review of my experience.
I had a fault with my Rangemaster 90 classic induction hob.
I contacted Rangemaster on 8/3/24 and had a live chat with someone in their technical team and was asked to send a short video showing the problem.
I received a reply from Rangemaster the next day and was told the symptoms suggested an issue with the display board and was given a part number P045186 and they recommended contacting Repairtech who might be able to offer an out of warranty repair.
I contacted Repairtech who gave me a quote for the part of £271.99 which includes the engineer fitting it which you have to pay up front before it's fitted!
The engineer came and fitted the part on 15/3/24. I am afraid to say the part did not make any difference to the fault that I had. Obviously I have paid for a part which wasn't fit for purpose.

Great support from the team. Unfortunately the part I requested, a Grill Element, was dispatched without appropriate packaging, it came in a flimsy bag and it really needed protective card to prevent the fragile nature of the electrical component. As the technician who will fit this for me isn't available until next week I don't know if it was damaged in transit yet.
Rangemaster Repair tech have responded helpfully and resolved the issue straight away. I'm very impressed by the immediate professionalism showed to me. Thank you for your service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable technical staff were able to identify and supply the new parts needed for my 17 year old Falcon range cooker. The goods arrived within 24 hours and the cooker is now fully functional again. Big thumbs up for Repairtech Services!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! I paid £234.00 for an Engineer to repair my 110 Range Cooker . Initial visit week 1 , after a week i phoned to see what was happening, the part hadn't been ordered, then the engineer couldn't come as he had covid, which can’t be helped but , it was me that had to keep phoning to find out what was going on . Finally engineer returned, before I had left hand cooker and all 6 rings working after engineer came, the cooker on the right still not working and only 2 rings on top working . My cooker was declared Irreparable and i was paying £234.00 any way . After complaining that my cooker was now worse than it was before, I was reluctantly given my money back .
