How it works: you order a fixed-price repair online, post your controller from a UK address, and we repair, test, and return it with tracked postage. Every controller is tested on real hardware before dispatch. Typical repairs take 3 to 7 working days from when your pad arrives. Custom builds and parts-heavy jobs take longer and are confirmed before you post. We offer a 90-day guarantee on our workmanship and the parts we fitted. The back buttons are perfectly placed and extremely responsive, making it much easier to perform actions without taking my thumbs off the sticks. The Hall Effect thumbsticks are a huge upgrade, offering smooth, precise control and peace of mind knowing stick drift won't be an issue down the line.
