Very long process to get the car
Very long process to get the car - the guy was filling in all the documents when I arrive, but he could do it earlier, as he had all the copies.
Another issues - I had to wait a guy to collect a car in the airport for 40 mins. It is not acceptable. I did not receive any excuses for that.

Good service with some suggestions
They have a great service and honesty. My only comment is to have a discount or service for constant customers. Also a recommendation to bring the car full fuel and the customer returns it also full rather than the hustle of making it exactly as received and I always keep more fuel and also pay the Salik fees.

I rented out a Ferrari F8
I rented out a yellow Ferrari F8 last year end of November, overall we had a very good experience. We booked initially for 12 hours but we extended this to 24 hours. Amazing service! We will be coming out in May 25 and use the rental services again.

2nd time using Renty
I have used Renty before and was extremely satisfied. For this second time I had to wait for 2 hours for the car to be delivered to me which is not acceptable. Otherwise, everything was good! Very easy to make the reservation.

I requested a copy of my receipt after…
I requested a copy of my receipt after renting a car from them several times and they would not send it.
They are quick to take your money, but would not provide a receipt and electronic copy of the contract. I would give a minus review if possible.
They don't respond, or give you response that they will send it shortly. 1 month later and after leaving the UAE, they have still not sent what I requested and should have given me the receipt automatically.
Don't go near these guys.

From my perspective, their process was too easy. I rented a car for a quick errand, and it arrived super clean and ready to go. The drop-off process was just as smooth. Loved how I didn't have to worry about a thing. Now that I think about it, I'll use them again.

Worst Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs!
My experience with Rent AE Cars in Dubai was absolutely terrible. The service was awful, and the cars were in horrible condition, full of issues and warning lights.
They promised to provide a specific car, but when it arrived, it was in a different color and in poor condition. It was a complete disappointment and far from what was advertised.
To top it off, please be aware that they post tons of fake reviews just to attract customers. Don’t fall for it! Pay attention – this company is absolutely terrible.

Wordt car rental i had to work with
Rented a car. The car didn’t have a working infotainment system and charging ports were broken. Asked for a new car. The same car but just black.i got late responds therefore delayed my reservation for the car so that they can ask me more money because the long term rent discount is gone.
I even went to the office of them where they couldn’t fix the problem after 5 mechanics tried to fix it. Then after that they tried to gaslight me saying that the car didn’t have car play and everything is fine while the car its self said “connect with cable for carplay”
Also got scammed with the insurance. Payed almost a 1000 aed for the insurance. Got a small scratch on the already damaged bumper. Then suddenly the scratch wasn’t under the insurance. I had te file a police report therefore paying 560 aed on top of the repair cost. When the police report didn’t work because for the report you need 2 cars. And then i just had to pay for the repair. While paying insurance for 1000 aed for nothing.
