Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Renty.ae.
I booked a Mini Cooper two weeks in advance, provided all required documents, and repeatedly confirmed my reservation — even two days before pickup. Then, just one day before, they suddenly stopped responding and told me the car had been in an accident and was no longer available.
They then started offering me much more expensive cars — up to three times the price of my original booking. I specifically booked a Mini Cooper and had made this clear from the beginning.
When I called customer service, the representative was extremely rude, told me there was nothing they could do, I asked if I can speak with the manager he said yes manger will contact you back and hang up phone on me! Obviously, nobody contacted me back.
Completely unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend Renty.ae and would not trust them with an important booking. Never again.

We are sorry that the vehicle did not meet your expectations. The car provided was the same model as advertised on our website, although we understand that its condition fell short of what you anticipated.
Regarding the insurance, you selected our Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). While the green police report confirmed that you were not at fault, the incident was classified as being caused by an unknown party. Under the agreed CDW terms, this results in a charge of 20% of the repair cost. These conditions are explained before the rental and form part of the insurance agreement.
We also acknowledge that your refund was processed later than the 21 working days initially communicated to you. This delay was on our side, and we sincerely apologize for it.
We value your feedback and would appreciate the opportunity to make things right.

I had a really good one with this company, but appearances can be deceiving. I rented several cars in a week. After my rental period, I arranged for a customer to take my car for 15 days without any earnings or discount. After two weeks, I received a message about a fine, which seemed very vague. When I investigated, I had to pay a fine, but the owner of this company felt it necessary to pocket an extra 80/100 AED as a "financial fee." He sent me a link in euros, and I also paid his extra fee. This company is truly terrible because of the way it treats its customers. You can't be such a slob that you take such a small amount from someone when they've done so much for you without wanting to. Shame on you! Please, people, pay 100 dirhams more and rent somewhere else!!! Proof i have

We sent you a payment link in AED; however, you can select the currency during the payment process. We never intended to make this process unclear, and the choice of payment currency is entirely the customer’s responsibility.

Misleading No deposit claim on website
I am submitting this feedback regarding misleading information on renty.ae.
The website advertises certain vehicles as available with no deposit. Based on this, I contacted the company via WhatsApp to proceed with a booking. I was informed that paying a deposit is mandatory. When I questioned this, I was told the no-deposit policy applies only to locals. I then stated that I hold a valid Emirates ID, but was still told that a deposit is mandatory in my case.
These conditions are not mentioned on the website. The terms were changed during private communication, which is confusing and misleading for customers. I request that such conditions be clearly disclosed on the website to ensure transparency
