Negative and in the end a positive reply
Negative: It is very hard to contact the company. I wanted the stop my contract and the website said that I should receive a confirmation after 10 minutes, but i didn't get. No idea what to do then.
Sending emails didn't help in first instance, they automatically answer that you should check the website for FAQ (gr...). I got contact in the end and then my issue was very quickly solved. So I suggest the company to improve their communications.

Absolutely horrible site
Absolutely horrible site. It should be cancelled. It is a scam as others have mentioned. Please don't listen to these positive reviews, they may be paid to leave a good review. I joined this site and contacted a few properties a lot were gone and the ads were old.
I was lucky to find another property through another site. Anyway, I tried cancelling my subscriptions but nothing, and then I was charged a week’s fee. I contacted customer service but no reply. It was a horrible experience, my father passed recently and the last thing I need is to be scammed by a horrible website. DON'T USE THIS SITE!

MAJOR SCAM!
Major scam, watch out! I used their services, they charged me EUR 39 per WEEK and on the website it said that I don't even have a premium account. Goes without saying that I didn't even get one reply from any of the landlords.

Potential users beware
Potential users beware - do not let yourself be scammed out of your money!!!
Rentola.nl poses itself as a legit service, in reality it is anything but.
I payed €1 "FREE" trial fee to contact 1 listing owner with no response whatsoever. Used it only on the first day and wasn't able to find any suitable offers, as all I could find were expired listings from other websites which Rentola.nl merely reposts.
After 14-days trial period ended, I wasn't asked if I want to join Premium account and it sneakily began on its own.
Rentola.nl charged me €39 for the Premium account which I didn't use and didn't ask for.
Since I initially paid from a temporary card, no further money were deducted, then I received an email from a collector company, this time asking me to pay €79. I wrote an email to Rentola.nl about this situation, offering them to pay that €39 for Premium account and all I got in return was their automatic response, pointing me to their barebones and useless FAQ.
Then I had a look online only to find plethora of complaints about Rentola.nl's scammy business practices.
l realised that I fell victim to those myself.
Since Rentola.nl doesn't want to communicate, I'm leaving this review as a warning to those thinking of using their scam service.
What a bad joke they are!
Update: 28.04.2024
After my review on Trustpilot, Rentola.nl swiftly reached out with a request to pay that invoice for 39€, from their no-reply disguised email address.
I decided to pay that invoice immediately with my card. After two days I received an email update from Rentola.nl's support team, announcing to me that they graciously withdrew their claim against me with the collection company.
Their support advised me to use their contact form should any issues arise in the future, however their contact form link is hidden in their two FAQ questions at the bottom of the text "click here" to contact customer service. Also I was asked to update or delete my review on Trustpilot.
Overall, still not recommending Rentola.nl ;(

They tried to flag my negative comment
A few months ago, I wrote a bad review about Rentola, because they took money from my account without any warning that the trial period is almost over. They contacted me about the issue that they could not return me the money, even though I emailed them within 24 hours that I did not want to use their facilities anymore and unsubscribed. After few months, they tried to flag my comment!!! I am pretty sure there are a lot more comments that they flagged and yet, they still have 3.4 stars. This is pure scamming, sorry not sorry.

This company is misleading people by offering to pay £1 for a subscription, but in the future they withdraw £39 every month. I do not use this site and I do not need their help. But they dont want to hear it. This is fraud and it must stop. rentola took my 39 euros for the…
rentola took my 39 euros for the premium subcription. Even i did not subscribe for that 39 euros. I tried the 1 euro for a week then the next day its cancelled automaticaly. Then i by march 9 they charge me 39 euros. How is that possible??? I want my money back. Because maybe this month you will charge me again 39 euros...then rentola will tell mw that the email address is not on their system.
Please fix this and give me back my money.

Terrible! I really thought that the account would get me in touch with the landowner. But every link I clicked on to get in touch with one of the apartments, send me to apartments that where non existing or I was getting a 404 error. I really want my money back.
