Drop off and pick up difficult, person with credit card had to be there and take all phone calls. Shouldn't be so hard for such a small item rental.

Our prices are clearly shown on our website and would have been confirmed with you at the time of finalising your booking. We are competitively priced compared to other rental companies. With regards to the end of the contract, the paperwork clearly states that the contract will continue indefinitely until such time that you contact us to arrange a day/time for collection. We require the credit card holder to be present at the time of delivery so that we can verify that the nominated card is not being used fraudulently to protect yourself, the cardholder. Cannot fault the service, the bed was delivered and collected on time, it was in great condition. Would happily use and recommend this service . I think it was very good value for money as well
