Honestly renting furniture is the best idea for new people in Sydney. They are excellent and affordable, which beautifies the house as well.

The fridge arrived on time, in adequate condition, worked well and was collected at the proper time. Everything was fine.

Everything went smoothly from my initial enquiry phone call through to the order, delivery, arrangement for collection at the end of the rental, notification of collection time and reliability on collection day. No problems.

The gentleman that I dealt with to organise the service was super kind and very polite. He did explain that if my name was in the contract then i had to be there in person on the delivery day to sign it. The day before delving something came up and I had to call you guys to see if a change was possible as I may need to be away at the moment of delivery. I understand that receiving a request like this almost at 5pm on a Friday is not what you want to hear but the lady that answer the phone was quite sharp and in a bad mood. This really impacted me in a negative way. I would recommend your service but I would also mention to be weary of the moody lady.

the application process was easy. delivery and pick up went smoothly.

Super easy and straightforward. I got quotes for other rental companies that advertised really low rates but ended up costing almost the same if not more than Renta. And they even have a lot of conditions and not able to confirm if they have what we want etc. So we went with Renta. They were prompt and even worked around a time suitable for us for delivery. The delivery guys called us in advance (awesome!), put everything down in order and simple - done. We did have an issue with a washing machine but Renta was super quick to organise a new machine and again the delivery boys did a thorough job in testing etc. Really can't fault them. I usually like to give the little guys a fair go but until the rest of the industry buck up, we will only use Renta for now. Cheers and kudos to the team who dealt with us - from the admin down to the delivery boys.

I had thought that they were holding a couple of beds for me and then they were gone so always make sure you are clear with your wishes. The beds that I ended up renting arrived on time and were picked up as planned. Book early for holidays!

I recently rented furniture and whitegoods from Rentacentre and the process was very simple and hassle free from the very start to the delivery. The team there are amazing and bent over backwards to get the goods to me the very next day. I was very delighted to recieve modern and well looked after furniture for such an affordable price. A shout out to the drivers, they were great, I was unsure of how to use some items and their knowledge on the products were fantastic. Everything was put into place and hooked up, I didn't have to do anything except sit back and enjoy.
Great job to you all, I will definately be recommending you to my friends and colleagues.

Renta Centre provided a fridge for property display purposes at short notice and on flexible terms with a minimum of fuss and paperwork. The fridge itself was ideal and it was delivered and collected again on time and without issue. The loan cost represented good value and overall we were very happy with the service we received. We would use Renta Centre again.
