very good service especially in planning and delivering. Beds were very good quality and the rest of the products (tv, washing machine, dryer, sofa) basic but reliable, clean and in line with with had been promises.

They delivered a perfect bed which l had ordered, exactly at the time theyarranged to deliver, after sending me a text to remind me, on the day before the day on which they had said they would collect. So easy to deal with. Needed a dishwasher urgently and they went out of their way to get it to me the same day. The delivery and installation process was quick and professional. Any questions i had were answered over the phone in a very friendly and welcoming way. We only needed the dishwasher for a month but i won't hesitate to use this company again when next we're in the market for something similar. We even received a discount voucher for future uses after our initial rental was finished. So much bad service around these days but i was just delighted to be dealing with these guys. Thanks!

Renta Centre were very easy and friendly to deal with and the fridge was delivered and picked up on time. My deposit was returned promptly once the fridge was picked up.

Easy transaction. Very helpful staff.
Wrong dining table delivered no problem to exchange. Fast service. Arrived on time. Limited choices available this would be my only complaint. That being said if the stock you want is available then great company to deal with.

Mattress was horribly uncomfortable, could feel springs when you lay on it. Poor quality product.

The process to hire a bed was so intense I wondered if I was actually hiring the Crown Jewels. Far too much paperwork, belts, and braces; especially considering we offered to pay up front for the whole thing. They wanted so much information and so many reference details from me, it made my application for Australian Citizenship seem like a walk in the park. Rather ridiculous. Their delivery people need some serious training too. On both delivery and pick up, they didn't utter a single word to us - just walked in and out - not even a 'hi' or 'goodbye'. Very rude, and a real missed opportunity to have asked about whether we were happy with the hire product; which, by the way, we were.
