The communication is fabulous, I was able to login and see the progress of my ring, with pictures every step of the way, which gave me such piece of mind. If I had any questions I was able to text and get answers almost immediately. Once my ring was ready to be shipped I was so excited, I called to see if I could get express shipping instead of standard shipping and they immediately made that happen. Once I got my ring, the next day it’s stunning, I am so happy with the quality and how beautiful it is, I can’t stop staring at it. Easy process. Only thing I would have liked to see is a more comfort fit style band on the inside of the ring.
