It was more beautiful than I could have ever expected the picture didn’t do it justice. The company sent updates and pictures every step of the way from start to finish. Costumer service was available 24/7 to answer any questions and I didn’t have to wait long on the phone. It only took 3 weeks to get and came on time just as they said it would. I highly recommend them.

Shipping is ridiculous, not necessarily Renaissance jewel fault probably more on fed ex, but may want to think about using another carrier in the future, package has been stuck at same shorting facility for days.
