Krasi and Kris were really incredible. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day to move our stuff to the new home. Even when we had a couple more boxes than we originally thought! Very friendly and helpful, taking care of all our belongings with a smile. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

We had used Removal Zone before because the customer service was good, although the movers weren't very delicate with some items despite marking them fragile. We used them again and it was mostly fine until it came to tipping - we handed one of the people the tip to share amongst the rest of the team but they didn't, and so one of the team members came up to me and my pregnant partner and shouted at us. He accused us of lying and cheating the team and got incredibly aggressive, which was shocking and unacceptable. It then turned out that they damaged furniture in the move and broke an expensive item. When I asked the company for compensation for the horrible experience and the broken item they promised to provide me with some, but after a month of raising this and chasing it, still no luck. I've seen other bad reviews claim that the company are/have carried out internal investigations when issues like this arise, but clearly it's not working.

Never using this company again and would strongly recommend anyone who uses them to provide the cash tip to each person, and accept that your fragile items will be broken.

Krasi & Kris were extremely helpful on a hot and rainy day. They protected my belongings very well, kept a good line of communication throughout the move, and were very swift with the transportation. This is the 4th or 5th time I use their services and would recommend to anyone.

Niko and Svetlin were fantastic!! We had a large amount to move with lots of stairs, and they worked so hard to get us moved into our new home. Would recommend the company to everyone!
