Great company, easy move
The team were great when i needed to move the date of my booking and super responsive. On the day they arrived early and got straight to work, as i was moving on my own i was able to trust them to pack everything in the van ahead while i went to my new place to get everything ready for their arrival. Highly recommend

THIEVES!!!
They stole personal property and then claimed that because we didnt provide an itemized list of every item before the move, they were not liable for whatever their movers stole. Disgraceful and illegal.
We're taking this up with the police. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Pay a few extra pounds for a reputable service instead.

Our quotes are always given as an estimate, based on the information provided by the customer before the move. In your case, the actual scope of work was much larger than the list you initially declared, which naturally meant the job required significantly more time and effort than the original estimate.
Even so, our team worked hard to complete the service, applied goodwill discounts, and adjusted the final cost to keep it fair.
Despite this, the outstanding balance was not fully paid.
We must also note that our staff reported being treated with disrespect during the service. While moving can be stressful, we expect the same respect for our crews as they show to every client.
We stand by our clear and transparent procedures, which are applied equally to all customers. This ensures fairness on both sides and protects the professionalism of our teams, who always strive to deliver a safe and reliable service.
