The two men took no care with moving my TV from my old property to the new property. This has caused severe damage and the TV no longer works. The TV cost £600 and they did not accept any liability. Do not use this company!

They were very prompt. Krasimir and Kristian were lovely, helped me pack all my stuff and moved. Very quick. I highly recommend :)

Moving was fine. I felt pressured to give a good review before they would finish the unpacking, including the name of the mover. This explains why the reviews are so good. The mover also asked for a tip and I felt pressured to give more cash - he was saying things like ‘this move was killing me’. If they didn’t do this I might have genuinely left a good review.

The 2 movers Krasik and Kris were absolutely great and the service they delivered are the reason for the 5-star rating.

The company deals with the charges and all though all information we provided regarding the property and the amount of items were we correct. We still were charged than the initial quote which we aren’t happy about.

But this is not a reflection of the guys who helped us move.

Poor experience overall.
We used this removals service twice in one week. The first move went smoothly with two great guys who were professional and efficient. The second move was awful. The “boss” who keeps calling from the office was rude and constantly demanding payment throughout the move (both times). They charged for every possible “extra” and required payment while the movers were still working. When I challenged an unreasonable add-on after they arrived over an hour late, they threatened to leave my belongings downstairs and walk off. Frankly, I’m disgusted by the lack of professionalism and integrity.

I recently used this moving service to transport my belongings with Krass and Kris and from my old flat to my new one, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team arrived on time, handled everything with great care, and made the whole process completely stress-free. All my furniture and boxes were safely packed, loaded, and delivered without a single scratch. Guys were polite, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. It was such a smooth and comfortable move, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional removal service.

2nd move using removal zone and a another great service. Krasi & Kris were fantastic at helping us move all our belongings, which was alot for 2 people!! Even assisted with dismantling and putting together again our sofas and ottoman bed which was great! Would recommend again!

Krasi and Kris did my move which had a lot of heavy lifting and several boxes and they did it all smoothly and organized everything in a good manner in their van and the storage even though it was a lot of stuff
