Great company to deal with very professional kept me updated through the whole process

highly recommend, the new system is great and makes keying cases much easier than before. My BDMs are always on hand to assist too.

We place a lot of buy-to-let business and Rely have genuinely changed the game for portfolio landlords. HMOs, MUFBs, larger portfolios — cases that other lenders overcomplicate or decline outright get underwritten properly here, on merit, by people who actually understand the asset.

The difference is the underwriting. It's common-sense, case-led, and consistent from application through to completion. You get answers rather than a checklist, and once a case is with an underwriter it stays with them, which makes a real difference on anything with a bit of a story to it.

Nathan Chand, our BDM, deserves particular mention — responsive, straight-talking and will tell you upfront whether something fits rather than letting it drift. Jordan Baker on the telephone desk is equally good; quick to come back and always has the answer or gets it. Credit also to James Forth and Adrian Mooney, and when we're lucky enough to get Tony Grimwood or Sally on the underwriting of a case, it runs smoothly from start to finish.

Rely have raised the bar in the specialist BTL sector and are our first call on portfolio, HMO and MUFB business.
