bad courier
good product but bad courier the worst experience ever from a courier. tracking rubbish and didn't even deliver on day they said. got me out of bed early next morning

Just to let you know we are now using DHL for shipping.
We have taken on board the review from our customers and have changed curriers.

Colour match is appalling
Colour match is appalling. I have since been informed that this particular BMW colour has 7 variations, Refinish Systems should have notified me of this at point of order, which would have saved me considerable time and inconvenience.
Email responses from them are dismissive and unhelpful.
I have since found a professional company able to supply an exact match.

Two points of note;
You did mention the supply of an alternate shade. I requested more information about this, you did not reply. You conveniently leave this from your response.
Yes, you did say that there are 4 different shades, it is the company that have managed to match my original paint who told me that there are 7. At no point in my review do I state otherwise.
