I was trying to use a Pretium Charger at a holiday cottage and telephoned for help installing the app.
Pawan was very supportive and spent all the time I needed talking me through the process.

The actual charger on site didn't operate through the app, so frustrating. However Pawan provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. He was able to remotely start the charging and was seemingly available at any time.

Had a great experience working with Pretium. Pawan was very helpful ensuring all the necessary information I needed was readily available to me. They fitted the charger extremely efficiently. It was a bigger job than normal and I received a great price for the work carried out. I have been using my charger for a week now and am very happy with its speed and overall appearance.

Faultless and exemplary customer service from my initial point of contact with the Company on New Year’s Eve to installation of EV home charger less than 2 weeks later. I have a 300 year old stone built property with very thick walls and needed to install a charging point some considerable distance from the house, requiring a long cable run and previous Companies I’d approached had declined the work. I was very despondent when I made the initial enquiry, however, Pawan was very supportive throughout the whole online survey process. displaying a reassuring ‘can do’ attitude, which was similarly reflected by his experienced installer, Kevin, who worked the whole weekend to get the job done while the weather was fair. I would unreservedly recommend Pretium EV Charging solutions to anyone looking to install an EV charger, particularly if they would welcome being guided through the process

Very good experience with Pawan and his team. Pawan is knowledgeable and very helpful with getting solutions for complex jobs, as mine was. The price I was quoted by Pawan was also very fair and reasonable, and his EV specialist was top notch. I actually struggled to find fault with him.

Overall very good experience and would highly recommend using him.
