Their claims team responded quickly, and I received the refund within a couple of weeks — a relief considering the stress of the situation However, terms are strict: certain reasons like standard pregnancy or incomplete property damage aren’t covered, which wasn’t obvious upfront. Overall decent service—but read the policy details closely before purchasing.

I made reservations at a condo in Florida and purchased insurance through Arch Red Sky.

A week before my travel was to start I became ill. The illness cleared up, but my doctor scheduled tests to determine the cause during the time I had rented the condo.

Arch Red Sky honored the insurance and refunded my prepaid condo rent.

The claim process online was easy enough, but required a lot of scanning in of documents and submitting. After everything was submitted a 2nd request for more documentation to be filled out by the physician was required. That then had to be gotten to the proper area of the hospital, filled out, returned to me and then submitted. After that, the time frame of approval and receiving compensation was speedy.
