I purchased trip insurance for a weekend trip to the beach before my partner started chemo for lung cancer. At the time I made the reservations (and purchased the insurance) he was feeling pretty good) After that he started having some symptoms that caused him a great deal of pain and discomfort which would have made a 5+ hour trip (each way) miserable. We unfortunately had to cancel the trip ($1,775 purchase). I turned in the claim (all supporting documents) and Red Sky denied the claim! They make it their job to look for any loop hole to get out of paying a claim. I'd encourage anyone to really think twice before purchasing insurance from this company, or partnering with them if you have any vacation rentals!

Excellent customer service. I have never dealt with such a friendly, helpful, and timely insurance company. Red Sky certainly took the sting out of having to miss my vacation.

I asked for an explanation of the refund and got no response. We were in the house for 40 hours. It two hours to unpack on Sunday AM and 3 hours to pack Sunday PM.

I'm so glad I purchased travel insurance through Arch Red Sky Insurance. Although being mandatorily evacuated because of a hurricane isn't fun, Arch Red Sky made claiming my reimbursement painless. Their customer service representative was so kind and helpful and I received my check very quickly.
