I don't even know what this red27 is!!

I don't even know what this red27 is!!! I just went to pay my bill and have been changed £3 each week!!!!!! How on earth has this happened. At this time I can NOT afford to pay for something I don't have or need or WANT. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting my daughter kept getting messages off this company and has been charged EURO 40 I investigated who took the money I find out this company I contacted commission for Communications Regulation I have sent email no one get back to me.

About dirt bags stole my money

About dirt bags stole my money.
My mobile provider cut me of because I can't afford to pay them. Due to this so called company robbing me. Only found out today its going on since the start of the lockdown . Could really do with help finding these horrible people. HELP . I've to accept terms and conditions before I post. Basically there covering there arses.
So they dont have to pay. I'm accepting terms under protest.

Avoid at all costs but it's quite difficult as they have underhanded means of worming their way into your wallet in my experience they also share your details with other similar leeches by the way customer care don't bother replying to this review after many emails you incompetence takes on a totally new meaning.

Just now I have discovered that a…

Just now I have discovered that a company called Red27mobile have been charging me for a service that I never requested or authorised.On my March bill they charged me over 170 euro and on May bill they charged me over 25 euros.
I will be contacting their company and advise anyone to be very vigilant and avoid contact with this service. It does not provide a service rather a method of obtaining money under the guise of offering a service.I will keep you all updated on this AS I WILL BE DAMANDING A FULL REFUND OF ALL MONIES PAID

Hi my daughter seen an AD saying access game for free for 2days she clicked on it then cancelled the subscription right away but now im paying £6 for a game she has not even got shocking how they take your money and you don't even know about it

This company is an out and out scam.

This company is an out and out scam.
Only noticed after 6 weeks that they had been charging me £3 per week for a subscription I had never signed up to. There are many reviews all over the web with people saying the same thing. Deserves no stars.

Scam!

I had money also taken from these scammers. I asked for proof of where l subscribed they sent me a date and time when it was 'activated' no way did l suscribe to this. I received an email this evening offering me 7.50 back, l have refused this and have demanded a full refund

I have never clicked on anything to suscribe to you so why have you taken my money, you charged me for 8 text messages which l never sent nor received if this is not a scam what is?

Another update l've now been offered EUR 15.00 today (14th May) no thank you l want a full refund. They say it's in the terms and conditions (of which l never agreed to) and they will refund me for this amount for goodwill. l will be taking this further, how can they get away with this unbelievable 😡 so many people in the same boat too. The only good thing l can say about them is they do reply!

Absolutely disgusting my daughter kept getting messages off this company and has been charged £21 I have asked for a refund as she is underage but they want a document that proves her age but don’t want sensitive information what document of proof of age doesn’t provide sensitive information

Absolute scam artists and thieves

Absolute scam artists and thieves, they will try to convince you that you signed up for a subscription, but don't accept it. After several strongly worded emails, and the threat of contacting comreg, the data commissioner, and the garda fraud unit, they offered me 2 partial refunds as a "goodwill gesture and to move forward" but I didn't accept it and got a full refund. I don't understand how such an openly criminal organisation is allowed to continue to operate for such a long length of time, they must be making lots of money from the people who don't pursue it. Common thieves hiding behind computer screens.

So many people being scammed by this…

So many people being scammed by this fraudulent site. I did not sign up to a games portal or any other kind nor did I receive any texts yet I have been charged for 8 texts I was meant to have gotten. I was on to my service provider who have been brilliant and patient with me as I am not exactly happy with my billing amount. I have emailed red27 and awaiting to see what they will do. It is not like I or others can afford to be paying for something we know nothing about... scam artists is all they are, lining their own pockets while robbing us

Scam company

Scam company, making charges to my phone bill and saying I subscribed to a premium service. The messages show up on my bill but not on my phone so the first you know of them is when you get a massive phone bill. Absolutely disgusted this type of robbery can happen.

Red27mobile. Fraud fraud fraud.

Practically everyone I know has been caught by these scammers. They send a series of texts all at the same time. They charge €2.50 per text msg and will usually send 7 or 8. You will receive all these msgs in an instant and you might not even be aware that you've received them. They have taken money from a lot of people that I'm aware of. However they continue to get away with this fraud as most people seem to think it's too much hassle to follow it up. Txtnation seems to be connected too. I think the messages are coming from red27mobile through txtnation and on to your phone. Red27mobile therefore appear to be the main scammers with txtnation enabling the fraud by providing the service.
Red27mobile have been getting away with this crime now for an unacceptable amount of time. I got caught with the same kind of scam on a prepay mobile phone by the same scammers about 6 months ago. I didnt follow it up at the time. I just stopped using the number. At that time they deducted €19 from my prepay credit.
My latest experience occurred earlier this month when I received an added fee of nearly €17 on my phone bill for premium services. I have now spent hours tracing this to red27mobile, the same scammers that took my money last time. I would like to add that I have never subscribed to any kind of gaming activity on line and have no intention to ever do so. I dont belong to the gaming generation.

**note. After a bit of digging I managed to receive a refund on the 11th of May 2020 for the most recent incident. I never made an attempt to seek a refund the first time around.

I had the same situation as others and…

I had the same situation as others and were charged for a service that I did not sign up. Currently pursuing it with their support service, they did reply fast but have made no offer to offer a refund. I will be escalating this via their internals procedures and the Consumer Protection.

Ask how they got your number.
Report to Data Commissioner.
I believe they have leak at Three and are pulling numbers from them.

Absolute scam of the highest order

Absolute scam of the highest order. Claimed I signed up by going through ‘a number of steps’ - which I didn’t. I called them out on it and they basically admitted I didn’t but will only give me 3/4 of a refund. Don’t know how they are legally operating. Do what I did and block their number and other subscription numbers through your personal mobile network. Will be taking further action against these with the online commission- Joke company
