My child has sent in the number and there was a message that she should send STOP if she wants to finish but it is not possible to send it is a scam page.

This company is a scam they have taken…

This company is a scam they have taken £3 per week since February without me being aware. My child’s phone has the text which could easily be a scam but as it is blocked from anything that costs money he cannot send stop messages. This is fraud and you always need the bill payers permission yet a child can set this up with a continuous payment on a blocked phone just by the mobile number!!!! This needs to be taken further!

Scam company

Red27mobile is a hoorible company that works with other scammers like ''Downloadhub''.
Take responibility for your clients using your F***** payment system.

Charged our company €170

Charged our company €170. I'll be getting our money back even if I have to confront them face to face at their office or home and record it for you all to see on youtube. Shame them and their families.

What a scam....

you say you follow the rules but you have to say that you are in a gray zone, take a look at your customer feed back there is not a positive message in between.
where is your ethics her.
I will survive to lose some money and will take better reservations another time but what about those who have no funds for your scams here ... you should be ashamed.
I tried an iq test online and to get the answer I had to enter my number and was sent a code that had to be entered to get the result of my test, in this sms there was also a short description with my membership, I saw this first later when one could not see the whole message on my smart watch

Extremely unhappy

I am extremely unhappy with this!

My daughter has never downloaded a game and has been charged for this service £9 in one month.
This is unacceptable, I have contacted the customer service team who are yet to get back to me if this is unresolved I will have no other choice but to change my daughters number........ More expense for me!!

Needs to be sorted or I will be taking this further!

Have 20 emails back and forth with this…

Have 20 emails back and forth with this business for a refund of premium text charges to my phone provider amounting to 102€.

I did not sign up for any service or game site but because the block for premium texts got left off my contract (2 other household phones secured with block) thet were able to scam this number a d begin charging.
They use a shell game to hide behind other business names. Any recommendations on how to get my full refund?? Not interested in their goodwill offer of 1/2.

FRAUD ON A MASSIVE SCALE!

I have been pursuing a case against this company with Comreg since they committed a fraud against me in June.

They’re customer service is a joke. Absolute lies and no accountability or process to genuinely deal with complaints.

Unfortunately it looks like Comreg are allowing them to to continue to commit fraud on a massive scale.

Shame in Comreg and shame on the Directors of this company.

I will continue to pursue this fraud until I obtain damages against this company.

I would urge all victims of this fraud to approach Comreg and complain - perhaps if enough of us do this they will take appropriate action.

This is my third month I have been…

This is my third month I have been charged first and second time it’s been £15 and third time £18, so all together I have been charged for a stupid game I don’t play £48 people might say it’s not a lot of money but it is to me I have contacted them and they said it was cancelled and be refused and no refund

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM. Charge your contract for something you never subscribed to, no proof of subscription or texts etc.
Recommend contacting your service provider and reporting it. Just reported this as a fraud to network provider.

Scammers

Just to update you. I got my money back in full as they can't provide proof of subscription, no SMS received etc. Why? because I NEVER subscribed in the first place.
In short I'm now reporting this company to the regulators regarding this attempted fraud.
I would encourage anyone else deceived by Red27mobile to report to regulators as this will hit them hardest.

Red27 Mobile scammed over 80

Red27 Mobile scammed over 80! Euro from my 79 year old mother. She neither consented to receiving their unsolicited texts nor did she understand what she signed up for. They proceeded to charge her 7.50 per week for almost 3 months and she did not know how to stop the charges. This caused her considerable upset and worry. I made a complaint to Red27 Mobile on her behalf and they have only offered a partial refund. I escalated my complaint to COMREG. They did not support my complaint and closed the case without further engagement. What service does this company offer other than to defraud the most vulnerable in our society? I will be raising the issue with Eamonn Ryan, Minister for Communications.

This company is a scam. They stole 60+ from me
Keep clear. Read the reviews. I don't understand how they get away with stealing from people like this but they do. Report them to ComReg.

They are taking my money since March…

They are taking my money since March 2020. Unfortunately my daughter use the phone and she neves said noting to me. We never subscribed any service with them. At the moment they take 140 euro. I want an immediate refund or I'll send you a post letter by my attorney.
