I genuinely don't understand

Hey guys, I recently had an experience with Red27 services. I genuinely don't understand why everyone is so negative about it. You get what you pay for. It is stated on the offer you are looking at and as a BIG plus (at least I had) is receiving reminder SMS notifications that I am using *****service and I pay.

Persevere and you shall prevail

Again, like many more, I would give this company zero stars if I could. Their business model is based on scamming vulnerable people..despicable. Honestly beyond me how people who work for these companies sleep at night. I'm writing this review in the hope it may aid some one else that has been scammed by this company & encourage them to fight for their refund. This company falsely claimed that I subscribed to their service. In total 225 euro was taken from my account over approx 9 months. 92 emails passed between myself and the company with various offers which capped out at 50 euro. I reported the matter to comreg along with copies of bills from the months that they falsely claimed I subscribed. After another few weeks finally got a full refund of 225 euro "in order to move on". So persevere...fight them and don't be fooled by their many claims of proof of subscription!! How these companies are licensed to operate is beyond me.

You have been removing from my three phone bill since last year £243!!!
I have spoken with my provider who told me to email you, I expect my full refund and a response soon as possible
You have been taking money out of my account every month since last year.
Absolutely ridiculous!I did not sign up to a premium messaging service.
Please review and refund how much you stole from me.The full amount since last year.

They tried the same with me here in…

They tried the same with me here in Ireland and I immediately contacted them by email and they agreed to stop charging me, but I didn’t stop there I also contacted our Com Reg who instructed me to contact the company directly, this was a complete copout by our Regulater to continually instruct the people they were set up to protect to deal with these Scammer’s themselves.
Hopefully if enough people complain to our Com Reg they will get the finger out and actually do something about these bandits

If you want a full refund threaten legal action.

I guess it's my fault for not checking my phone bills carefully enough, because in December I noticed "other charges" on my bill. I was shocked to find out I had been charged over 200 quid for some rubbish called "Chillax Games".

Entered it into google and my heart sank as I saw all the negative reviews and just knew it was gonna be a pain in the **** getting anything back.

They insisted I subscribed and refused to offer requested information on multiple occasions. The first "refund" they tried to offer me was £4 (???????) - and then the absolute most they would offer was £20 - only after a tedious back and forth email correspondence wherein they refused to admit any accountability and actually shoot themselves in the foot several times (admitting they had no evidence of my usage of the service and claiming there was a 2 page confirmation screen which just strengthened my position that I never signed up).

After about 8 emails back and forth I got fed up and sent them a Letter Before Action using a template available on payforitsucks.co.uk. They have great advice regarding this exact situation and were a lifeline here.

That must have scared them because they almost immediately offered a full refund.

I dont know what kind of circus show you are running down in Oxfordshire, but jokes on you red27 because I'm still going to take this even further and complain to regulators. Nice try though.

EDIT: lol. Your reply just goes to show its a generic paragraph that you spit out. Why would I contact your shoddy support team again. I wouldn't recommend anyone speak to you

SCAM

SCAM. I did not subscribe to anything yet ye have charged me a fortune. I could not get STOP to send back to you to stop your charges either. I want a full refund. This is fraudulent behavior and ye should be stoped and prosecuted

Warning! Scammers! They prey on children via Snapchat! That really ought to be illegal in most countriest. This company is the lowest sort and I am baffled any telefon service allow them to keep scamming children!

Nasty scamming company.

Nasty scamming company who use covert and sly trickery to get you to subscribe to an unsolicited service. Their business model seems to be solely designed to trick people into receiving preliminary series of texts costing €2.50 per text and then hoping you don’t complain. They are the lowest of the low. Thieves.

I didnt even subscribe to this service…

I didnt even subscribe to this service don't even know what it's for and I find out they have been charging me £3 a month and I have been having nothing in return. To ake it worse they were charging me through my phone contract so I didnt notice for a while!! Complete scam company if I could give 0 stars I would!!

Scammed £240 from my account

My wife has been scammed too from this scammers. I don't understand how they got the right to scam people all over. This guys should be crucified. Hate this scammers. Don't you even realize how people are going through in this pandemic and you guys are just here to take people money out of their pocket.

This is an outright scam

This is an outright scam, albeit one that seems to operate and exist within a very poor law. A £3 charge appeared on my daughters new mobile phone bill and despite what the company claim she did not sign up for a subscription service. I am very glad I spotted it and with a little research managed to stop before they had stolen more than 2 charges. If you see a charge from them on your bill I suggest - find the text message and send the STOP reply, it may cost you the message fee but it seems to be worth it. Contact your mobile phone company, I was able to stop any Charge to Mobile transactions on my daughters number - this is the mechanism these crooks exploit. Search online, there are a couple of good websites which can help and even a BBC Watchdog report I believe.

Scammed by 2 companies

Hi
I have been scammed by this company for the past 3 months to the tune of €100 plus. Virgin Media have also been complicit in allowing this to happen to my account. They will not engage with with me regarding a refund. The Red people are now harassing me for my bank details or pay pal to give me a miserly €20 back. No way I say. redirect the funds back to my phone account the way they stole it. I am furious. I am ending my contract with VM now so they will lose out in the long run. Shame on all. At this time of global recession and hard times also.

scammers and who are you. Names please.

you are scammers

where are you based you have scammed me of money from my account. I will make sure that the phone companies takes responsibility for allowing companies like you to take money from people. I have researched you so many times and all I see is you are operating a so called company with is run by fraud. The only difference between you and being a victim of a pickpocket,is that there is a physical evidence that a person was there. you on the other hand steals via technology.
