Scam - they shipped my item to a different address than I gave them (different country in fact). When i reached out they told me they wouldnt help and have just ignored all messages since.

I ordered a custom charm necklace online and it was really well made. I wear my necklace everyday and it doesn’t rust or tarnish so definitely worth the money . It arrived so fast to Portugal too! 10/10 would recommend. They also have sooo many cute postcards.

Happy with everything that I received on the order, was able to order something that they didn’t have which slightly annoying but eventually the manager (I believe) got back to me and offered me a refund or to change for something else which resolved the issue. Great customer service
