Order not received nor any response. I ordered on the 5th December and still haven't had confirmation of any delivery a week later. I have contacted them via the online form and still no response. Going to do a chargeback on my card and order elsewhere. Must be a scam site!

Ordered on Black Friday, into the second week since and no update on the shipment, still showing as "preparing shipment" and very poor communication from their customer support team. Was told someone was looking into this and will get back to me shortly with no update since. Order #RS166344

Ordered a record on a Friday morning (December 5th) for a gig I had on Saturday.
Paid extra postage for 'Next Day Delivery' and emailed them along with the order to say please can it be sent that day as I needed it for Saturday.
By Tuesday, I hadn't still received the record. Emailed them to say I hadn't received my record and got a reply saying it is `Being Processed'.
I replied saying fair enough, these things happen, but can I have a refund for the extra I paid for 'Next Day Delivery'.
I got a reply saying No, because it means next day delivery from when they send the record and they havn't even sent it yet.
So, from my experience, 'Next Day Delivery', doesn't mean Next Day Delivery, and I also sensed very little regard for any kind of customer service/satisfaction/resolution from this company.
1 star from me.

Dismal customer service. Sent a £250+ box set out damaged. Was returned to them almost two weeks ago. Still no sign of a replacement or a refund despite multiple attempts at communicating with them. Online customer service seems to be staffed by AI bots rather than humans, and there is no live chat or phone number available. Now having to go through a chargeback claim to get refunded.
Edited to add: By coincidence, the day this review was published they finally dispatched a new set, which arrived safe and well. As a result I’ve knocked the rating up to three stars - they got the job done in the end, but still way too much hassle involved.

No update on my order after over a week. The contact form gives you an auto reply that asks you to reply to have it responded to by a person, which comes back undelivered. Poor! Won't be using this site again.

Just like the previous reviews looks like i,ve been had too, ordered a record in stock 12days ago took my money but not dispatched, surely doesn't take this long to pick and pack 1 LP? .Cannot speak to anyone and i,ve tried rang the number of universal music but again it is automated and got cut off, no response from e.mails and i,ve sent loads and get just the usual someone will get back to me.So looks like i.ll be contacting my bank as well,so disappointed these companies treat good people like this,shame on you!
My advice avoid and go elsewhere.

had e.mail its been dispatched its taken 17days to pick and despatch just one record!! hope it turns up ok now.
update 15th I am so relieved! yeahhhh its arrived today, its all ended well thankfully as I was so worried when I read others had never received their orders.

Utterly Useless sadly, Pre Order release date was 2 weeks ago, contacted twice and just told that they are busy with high volumes of orders, no updates, no answer to any questions on when it will be received or shipped or anything. Pre ordered this in July, so they've had the money for months. Utterly Shambolic company and wouldn't ever order from them again.
All i want is an update on when it is likely to ship and if it is even in stock!
I am giving it 1 more week then initiating a charge back via my card for goods not received

Shoking company. Zero customer service or sense of taking responsibility. Ordered two "in stock" albums a week ago, and they still haven't been despatched. After requesting an update got an AI response claiming they're delayed due to "high volume" of orders and certain orders may take longer to pick. No chance to get through to an actual person. Absolute joke. It shouldn't take over a week to pick up 2 items of the shelf and properly pack and post them. Avoid at all cost.

Terrible communication from their “customer services department”. Unacceptable dispatch times and substantial delays in them responding to enquires. Apparently my order is on its way but I won’t hold my breath and certainly won’t be ordering from here again. They need to up their game when it comes to setting customer expectation re delivery times and also response rate to enquiries. Unfortunately Trustpilot won’t allow a 0 star rating.

Ordered an in stock item nearly two weeks ago and still nothing has been dispatched, no tracking number, nothing, several emails asking what's going on and 1 reply saying they will look into it and get back to me. Still waiting for that reply a week later. *UPDATE, OVER 3 WEEKS AND A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER STILL NOTHING, GETTING A REFUND THROUGH BANK AND REPORTING COMPANY TO RELEVANT AUTHORITIES. AVOID!!!

Yet again another c**k up on a pre order. This time Jaws Liquid Vinyl.
Pre ordered over 5 months ago. Ordered a numbered copy.. Due October, nothing arrived, no correspondence of delay until I contacted them.
Received an email last week now saying the copies aren't numbered. We're getting the repressed un-numbered variant and will be shipped this week. Still absolutely nothing.
Contacted them today to find out what's going on and got a reply saying the item I was questioning wasn't available to purchase!! WTF.
I've had more bad experiences than good from this company and it's now time to part ways no matter what albums they many produce and I might want. It's just not worth the time or hassle!
Doing yet another chargeback..!!
