Exellent stock range whose condition is clearly stated.

I have made two large orders till now and almost most of the items were in worse condition (especially in audio grading) than the advirtised/presented in their site. Records with scratches and huge static, unlistenable, advertised as Excellent! I will not risk it anymore. Avoid!

Recordsale.de had a 45 vinyl in stock that I was looking for and their price was cheaper than what I was finding in the US. After reading all of the positive reviews, I ordered it and was provided with updates on shipping and the shipping did not take long at all. The 45 vinyl was exactly what I ordered - in great shape as their website noted. Will definitely shop with them again and recommend them!!

This is not the first time this store messes up my order. The last 3 orders I made could even be considered as scams. I always order EX or NM records, and it's been 3 times in a row I receive records in poor condition and sometimes also a different pressing than the one I ordered (of course a cheaper one, they will never send an UHQR by mistake). It feels like they are always trying to scam you by sending you crappy records that are worth 5€ in that condition when you paid 20€.
I also have a lot to say about their customer support, which is an absolute joke. The third and last time I got scammed by them they didn't even bother to reply to me when I said their partial refund offer was too low and didn't get a reply when I sent another email asking why didn't they reply.
Finally, to all you people who are reading this, be aware of one thing. This store cares A LOT about their public image. I'm aware that they contact almost everyone who posts negative reviews and ask them to remove them in exchange of a refund, but don't worry, I won't delete mine.

If I really had to make a note it would have been perfect if each record had been placed inside the classic standard plastic vinyl bag
however I am satisfied

I find this site recordsale.de just by the miricle, because in your home country is showing you only your sites. I am surprise how many articles you can find. I did order on Sunday and I get the records on Tuesday, thats 1 and half day shipping from Germany to Czech republic. Shipping cost is nicely low, packaging safe nice. I'm just making another order.
