For a somewhat reputable store, I am extremely disappointed. First order back in March (3 records) and one came with skipping issues even though it was NM graded. Such things can happen. Decided to give them a second chance last week and guess what, a record has yet again skipping issues and the cover is in absolute shreds (VG/EX graded when it should be at best a F/F grade).
On a total of 5 records, only 3 came as described. Won’t be ordering ever again as they only offer partial refunds for unplayable records.

Great company to deal with. Best product range I have seen and together with, price and an unbeatable delivery service, why should I shop anywhere else ?

Really bad experience, theolir checkout process gone wrong when it doesn't include my house & phone number, then the service team just said the parcel has been shipped out and just ignore to help solve the problem. After purchse, really hard to contact their service team.

RECORDSALE is not a serious company regarding the advertized gradings:
I ordered 4 NM/NM records and ALL of them were badly overgraded. (order 1548068 )
1. Sleeve with price stickers to front, an original goldenhype sticker bended to front and some glue residue to back. Rare poster teared with a missing part. (48 € record!)
2. Back cover with a large sticker, sleeve bottom damaged.
3. Joke sleeve completely damaged, seams splits on all sides, overused with a large tear to top and a drill hole !
4. Sleeve with a large sticker and a bended corner

Not the first time experiencing this problem with Recordsale but it’s for sure the very last time.
I do not recommend at all.

Best record shop in the world, full stop. Stop buying digital crap and buy real original vinyls crafted by the artists as they wanted. No new MFSL can compete with a two-eye Columbia from the Sixties...

I have now had a couple of experiences of them completly overgrading the condition, both of LP:s and CD:s. I mean in a way so it's not even close to the grading items was sold as. Especially the sleeves which is the easiest to make a acurate visual inspection of.

Unfortunetly the customer service is also the worst. You get a standard response that offers a small refund. If you ask for a larger refund or to send the record back for a full refund they just stop replying.

So all you can do then is to accept what refund they offer and be stuck with the album you got. But I am never coming back as a customer again.

Had quite a few album's from this seller and they're always good quality and well packaged for shipping.

Last week I bought a vinyl on Ebay. On the list it says :vinyl :NM Cover: NM note: punch hole
ok, fair enough I can live with just a punch hole So I get it. 5 days after (Berlin-London)all what I get was an -at least- VG+ cover with (this was an american lp) a peeled off bottom edge,a long stain on front cover and on reverse a stock sticker on the punch hole (nothing about a sticker was said on the listing) BTW the ad has a low res picture taken from Discogs....it says all.
Record: dirty (not a problem at all) and after listening two songs while examining rhe cover,I decided to wrap up all and return it. After contact their costumer service i get this copy-paste answer:

Usually this doesn't happen here, but at recordsale up to 40 music lovers work every day to put records online. Sometimes these things just happen. Due to the large amount of records, that are being processed every single day (almost 20.000 per week), we unfortunately can't avoid that completely. We always try to find a satisfactory solution for our customers though.
Firstly, viewing other's responses to another buyers, I can say that this HAPPENS often.
Secondly: That person who reviews those lps... can't take a pic? just front/reverse and that's it. If the person listed that punch hole...this person should list that sticker too...
I think this company does this: they just give any grading and, then if the seller complains they offer a discount (as it happened to me 10 euros) or ,return it. Which is okay but, they are playing with MY time, as I have to wrap it up again, print the labels (return was free) take the parcel to a post office (not any post office as it is DHL) and...wait God knows how many days, for a refund. Waste of time..Never again

I've bought nearly 75 records in the past 2 years from this seller. Great selection and fast shipping. Items in accurate condition. Friendly customer support. Will keep coming back!

They always return or refund you when a record is to bad to play

Bunch of incompetents and fraudsters!
I bought over 50 LP's, only 10% were rated correctly, 40% of LP's do not match the described condition but with a huge tolerance we can say that it is close, 50% of LP's are not even for the average serious collector, they are Good and Good+ records.
They have a really big selection and that can attract a buyer but I don't buy from them anymore!
What kind of scumbags are you rating with EX!

Terrible customer service. I ordered 500 crystal clear 12" PR sleeves. I asked the customer service if they were truly crystal clear, as the crystal clear ones to my notion are usually PP, which I also communicated. They assured me they were crystal clear, and through our further dialogue even compared them to the resealable PP sleeves, confirmed by the customer service that these were crystal clear just like these. Well, apparently they didn't bother to check, cause as I feared they were matte. And now the real fun starts, back and forth e-mailing, wasting my time. I explain to them that I tried to triple check with them before purchase to avoid this situation of starting a return case, pack the stuff up, finding somewhere to print a return label and going back to the post shop. It's just a waste of time. So I offer them to keep the sleeves, pay cost price, and we won't have to deal with this stuff no longer. They insist that I send them back. Alright, I don't have a printer. I can print it at the post shop. Well, I go to 3 post shops, turns out no post shop in Copenhagen prints DHL labels (at least in my borough)! So I'm going around with this box of 500 sleeves, spending hours on this and communication, just because they have their principles, instead of just saying, sorry, we were wrong, thank you for understanding and paying our cost price. So I ended up keeping the wrong sleeves and not shopping in this freaking joke of a shop.

Considering my experience, from several years with Recordsale, I can say all the best... The trust I gained through experience, and I was convinced of the honesty of people from the Recordsale house. From the selection, through communication, help with the purchase and polite staff for help and information. I wish you a lot of luck and music choices in the coming days

I bought a sealed record, and they oppened to "check" (like it says in the invoice), but the record that arrived didn't match the cover. When i told them, they just answered that the order never mentioned a red vinyl, the order and invoice cleary says it does. This especific cover and this especific vinyl don't even coexist... and instead of a having some humility, they just deny what they sell and made a invoice of.

Recordsale.de are clearly having problems with their record grading. There are times when they make out that records are in better condition than they really are. They will discuss the situation with you but, they are non too generous in admitting short comings or making due recompense. They need to look again at their record ( vinyl !) grading and drop down some of their grades on records.

Arrived in Pristine condition well packaged. Vinyl Records are in Excellent condition as they were described in their Listings on the web site as the Individual Quality of each Record Purchased Perfectly cleaned. It’s the first time I made bulk Purchase of excellent quality of 1960’s Music. With No Problem with this Order, I will shop again in the future.

Superb online warehouse of music, extremely affordable prices, excellent delivery service. Receiving the records in the post is nearly as much fun as browsing through the online catalog.

On lot of my last orders, LP are over graded. A lot of NM are much more EX & VG (media & cover).
Sometimes it's not the correct vs (repress instead of original one or not the correct country).
In the end, it's far too expensive for average or even poor quality.

Shipped abroad but came pretty quickly (6 days) and everything was exactly as noted and a good price. Couldn’t have asked for better!
