1st time buying vinyl online
1st time buying vinyl online, and the 1st place was RecordSale.de ... all the records I ordered were advertised as NM (Near Mint).. some records arrived in poor condition, covered in scratches, grime, filth.. Contacted RecordSale.de through their "feedback" page , explained the issues using this system and to date, heard nothing back.....
I bought over €1000 of NM (Nearly Mint) records, I had complained about 4 records because they were in unplayable condition, I would have given these 4 records a POOR rating, not NEAR MINT!, and they only refunded me on one.., and their attitude in the email to me was along the lines of "nobody else complains".. so, am I supposed to just suck it up..
disappointed and will not buy from this website again

Yesterday I received my second order from this store. I want to say I'm just excited! A huge selection of records for any choice, the quality is very good. The parcel is packed well and safely, shipping costs acceptable and fast. I'm very happy that I found this store! Looking forward for my next order!

Simply a great service
Simply a great service. Over the years and several house moves, I had lost a lot of my original record collection. Recordsale.de has allowed me to restore the missing LPs, with good quality, original discs at very good price. I've also added a lot too.

Couldn’t ask for more from an online vinyl store. Virtually anything you are looking for is here and most records have a choice of quality, provenance etc with fair and realistic prices to match. So you make your choice and pay your money! Then delivery is quick and secure with records packed safely. I will keep coming back!

Great Buying Experience!
The folks at Recordsale.de responded to my queries promptly, sent photos when I requested them, and graded the media and sleeve conditions of my purchases accurately. When one of the records I purchased had been listed with an incorrect pressing plant ID, my contact at Recordsale.de offered a fair discount on the order after-the-fact. I had an excellent experience buying online here, and I would recommend them to others!

Trustworthy, reliable international seller A+
The guys at Recordsale.de went above and beyond for me. My local post (Australia) messed up my order and sent it back to Berlin, however the guys at Recordsale.de were prompt with their communication, and ensured I was refunded in full, even though I forgot to follow it up for many months! (international orders take months to arrive, and more time to return to sender from Aus).
Sellers like this are hard to find, thank you!!!

Excellent communication if ever there would be a problem.
I highly recommend recordsale.de for all vinyl-collectors, as long as they don't buy the records I like.
By the way, they have a flat shipping rate for shipping within the EU.
