I have been thoroughly enjoying my Fit Bounce Pro XL. The quality is exceptional and I have confidence in using it. I bought both sets of bungees to be able to change firmness of bounce as I progress. I worked directly with Liza in choosing my options. The customer service with this company is unheard of in today's retail age. She was quick to respond and offered detailed guidance. You will not be disappointed going with this company! :)

I’ve had the FitBounce Pro for several years and love it. I wanted the stabilizer bar and ordered one. The delivery was fast, and the price was great I set it up in 10 minutes and it’s made a big difference in the way I can use the rebounder.

Only had a few days now but wow 👌 the difference is unbelievable from my cheaper one . The maximus pro rebounder is amazing easy to set up comes with all the bits and pieces 🙌. The maximus pro has a excellent bounce with proper resistance on the bounce looking forward to seeing the difference in my fitness journey will update my review in a few months.

I can honestly say, I have enjoyed starting my rebounding journey!!
The quality of the product is great! I took a few weeks to set it up (my fault/laziness), only to realise a couple of months later that I was missing the stability bar. I emailed customer services who were straight on the case and arranged for one to be dispatched straight away. My customer service experience has been top-class, which in this day and age is rare!! I highly recommend the
product and company 👌

I had this rebounder for a while now. It is very sturdy and of high quality. It is a small footprint but has had great impact on my fitness. I get into zone 2/3 workout very quickly and burn more calories than a run A win/win for me!
It lived in my leaving room, always ready for a jump! Also, because they don't use springs, it is almost silent!

I’ve had this rebounder for two weeks now and loving it. At 75 years of age I am careful to not cause any injuries so started off with low impact classes but have now progressed to more vigorous sessions. No aches and pains whatsoever no doubt due to superior qualities of the rebounder. The membrane is soft assuring good protection for the knees. Love how quiet the bungees are. Sturdy, well built product which I can fully recommend.

Before purchasing my fit bounce pro11 I had lots of little questions - the customer service is excellent! Always answer your queries very supportive and from purchase to use I have to say I’m so glad I chose this company to buy my rebounder. FITBOUNCEpro came well packaged and although it’s early days I am enjoying my daily excercise. I am gradually building my fitness programme to achieve 30mins training non stop by the end of February this will be an achievement for someone that’s never exercised before. Looking forward to the nice weather so I can Bounce outside.

I was looking for something to do at home to improve cardio and strength on a machine which was portable and didn’t take over a room. The videos are great and starts a novice off with confidence. So far so good and great fun.

Ordering and delivery excellent. Set up of rebounder straightforward. Started to use YouTube for workouts as DVD which was included is of no use as I don’t have DVD player but otherwise easy to access on YouTube. So far very pleased.

First time user of rebounder at 64. Did lots of online research however, only tried one at a local sport store which was much cheaper and it's obvious now why. Luckily my timing with Black Friday Sale also made the opportunity of accessing a superior product.
I found the Fitbounce Pro XL very easy to assemble, not to heavy to easily pick up and move, and yet feels robust and sturdy.
I like the tension on the mat and have enjoyed the workouts so far. A Christmas gift so have only had it a few weeks.
The only thing I found a bit 'clunky' was accessing the online tutorials, though my email queries were responded to within 24hrs (I'm in australia). I was surprised it wasn't a simple app to use.
Overall loving this decision.

I ordered a rebound trampoline for my daughter. Firstly it arrived so quickly, secondly it’s incredibly easy to set-up and folds neatly in to its own bag and lastly the online classes are excellent. We were so impressed we ordered a second rebounder and have been using it daily. Great fun, good exercise and really quiet too. Love it.

If you are looking for a rebounder Rebound Fitness you will not be dissappointed, I am 6' 5" 220 pounds and find that this has more than adequate room for me to work out on. The bounce is smooth and soft. My wife has had both of her his replaced and loves this rebounder compared to the cheaper one she has used for years

I received an rebounder for Christmas and I love it. I’m 71 and wanted the stability bar that was missing from my gift. Not sure why. I contacted Rebound fitness and ordered the bar at a reasonable cost. Customer service by Liza was excellent snd Delivery was very fast Thank You

I did a lot of research before I purchased my FitBounce Pro XL, and was a bit nervous when I started to use it, as I had been having issues with my pelvic muscles. I needn't have worried...this rebounder is fantastic, gentle and perfect for my needs, and after a few days I am already feeling the benefit of more energy and better sleep. My pelvic floor is responding really well and my concerns were unfounded. Just started slowly and tried to stay aware of how my body was responding. Getting it set up was easy and I was bouncing away within an hour of it being delivered. Excellent product, great experience and efficient delivery.

This is the second rebounder I’ve bought, this one for my daughter as she was so impressed by mine! Customer service was exceptional. They answered all my questions and helped change a wrongly imputed delivery address (which was my fault). Honestly can’t speak highly enough of the quality of the product and the customer service. 10/10 for sure!
